McDonald's — Restaurant in Preston

The place is very rushed off its feet!-service uncompramiseable I won mcdonald's monopoly either a big mac or wrap but I explained that I am a vegetarian and don't like wraps may they offer something else like a mcplant or just somewhere that I can enjoy they said they can scan It once and may not be able to receive anything as its gone off the system if they don't have a option in the system so they could only offer me the wrap which I'm not a fan of wraps from other places 😤out of being a good manager for the company I then gave her another chance I offered her £2 extra to give me a mcplant meal as the meals they offered was only £4 still refused I received the wrap only to be rushed and not even warm , fries where also cold no drink by the way as it was supposed to be a meal but they refused the manager made me awkward 😐 I was so tierd after all this - I do appreciate the managers employee getting the manager when I asked but obviously bad mistake on my side that was absolutely baffling place

Will not go back to order...

Took ages to order the food and for it to be ready ( they weren't busy at the time ) . When it was time to collect the food it was just dumped into the counter, two of the drinks ( luckily orange juice in sealed bottles ) where thrown down onto the counter along with the straw for the third drink. The server was blunt and un- interested in her work. The tables were filthy and so were the seats, it took us three tables before we could find one where the seats weren't covered in food or sauce. The restaurant was freezing cold, it was a cold night but the air-conditioning was blowing cold air into the room. My partner has a circulation condition which causes her a great deal of pain if she gets too cold so we had to eat very fast and leave so she could warm back up, she was in pain for the rest of the night. The food was edible but even the bag it was in was ripped where it was dumped into the counter. The area where you can get what sauce's from was filthy and disgusting. So I was ordering a £1.99 breakfast when the manager who was serving me asked to see my card for the discount just keep inmined I went here every morning for at least 6 months on the way to work and agin he asked to see it to check the date so I showed it to him I said why do you always need to check it and be an ass about it as his attitude stunk He turned around and said to me why have you got to be such a cheap scate bearing in mine I’m sat in a Mercedes a 17 plate one aswell so I replayed your the one working at mc Donald’s at your age mate he then said “you what I will snap your jo” I replayed to this aggressive man and said to him who do you think you are I sertanly won’t be coming back here you rood tw*t and I have never gone back and I never will and I make sure every one I know doesn’t go there this so called manager needs teaching on how to deal with custamers it’s like these restaurants are just throwing and dick of dom a manager badge they need to actually...
