Mooboo Preston — Restaurant in Preston

I really love classic mooboo drinks but unfortunately the quality at Preston branch has been very inconsistent depending on which worker makes it. However today was the worst as I purchased 4 brown sugar milk teas (my regular order) and let me tell you they were not drinkable 🤢 it was simply poison, I’ve never had bubble tea this bitter in my life. The tapioca itself wasn’t bad just usual taste but the tea was aweful. So that’s £22 wasted for what? I request the owner to kindly train your staff and look into this as this is really off putting. I was served by a girl working on 20/7/25 around 6:30ish…maybe some training would...

So happy to have a bubble tea place in Preston! The shop is clean, and the staff have always been nice and welcoming. Ordered the Honeydew Milk tea and Brown Sugar milk tea. I'm unsure if the levels of sweetness are the same as other locations, as the drinks was extremely sweet (but can always adjust the sweetness!) And they have a large variety of flavors to try, and the boba itself is fresh and tasty.

Would give a 5 star, just hoping for delivery...

A nice place. While not the first bubble tea shop in Preston, like I've seen people claim (Thai Royal has been doing bubble tea for a lot longer, and so has Ai Chai) it's a pretty good one. The flavours are good and there's a wide selection, and the staff are nice and friendly. They also have better serving sizes, by which I mean smaller - Thai Royal give you so much you physically can't finish it, but that does mean they have better value....
