Unfortunately this was written a few weeks ago there will be a follow up review regarding this food place due to the bad experience i recently We are so disappointed in perfect fried chicken This is not the first time that this company has gone out of its way to disappoint and disrespect its customers initially we ordered a good amount of food for the whole family and in our family there are at least 12 people so we ordered that many people unfortunately while ordering on the phone we was told that they had run out of masala fish which was fine but when we received our order it was cold and crusty dry no flavour I will show you some pictures in a minute The complete wrong order instead of chicken burger meal we ended up getting three little chicken strips in between a burger bun with no sauce no salad 🥗 and then when we ordered a burger meal we was given a bean burger meal when receiving the food at our home address and realising that this order was completely wrong and looked like it was food from yesterday like they had just warmed it up and sent it to Was on top it took them nearly 2 hours to get our photos when we rang back to address the situation we was met with aggressive resistance and abuse from the staff members I would like the owner to take a look at my review and understand that you cannot treat customers in this way take the money and abuse them when they challenge you to the right for what they paid for Considering me and my family have been regular customers to the PFC brand for many years but since the new management takeover it has hit lower than one star unfortunately lower than one star for the food for the customer service food hygiene. Yet they accepted and started preparing the order, weird right? Then being told 20 to 25 minutes after already waiting an hour and 40 minutes. Just to be late by a further 40. Don't worry, they will also ensure your food is barely warm or even cold, especially the pizza, they will be so kind as to cook it, and then reheat it for you too before sending, how thoughtful! Read more0 stars...Not the first time this place has let me down, called in an order for card payment collection and when I arrive, I'm told the PDQ's are down which is bull. I got an automated text asking for card payment before collection from dodgy HTMLs so opted out and requested card payment from terminal, when I got there I was told card machines were down and cash only....why wasn't this said when I called my order in requesting for payment on site? Their response was that I didn't request it over the phone even though I ordered it asking to pay by card on arrival? Futher went on to ask me to get cash and when I did, and challegned them about it, they got defensive and dismissed me telling me it's better in the bin then for me to have questioned them about poor customer service.
