My advice is do not go to this branch. 0/5, drivers have a phobia of doors, and the staff will outright blame you for their driver's issue. By purchasing from this shop, you're supporting thieves.
Saw the bad reviews, but being a fan of the Richmond branch I figured I'd give this one the benefit of the doubt, I was craving Tops Pizza after 7 hours of travelling on the road. The diver was incapable of the basic skill of knocking on the door or ringing the door bell, I did not require contact-free delivery but he thought it was essential to just rely on my (outdated) phone number... Despite he had my full contact address, as well as my post code. So, he apparently waited outside of the house I was visiting and made no effort to physically hand it to me. Before mobile phone's came around, how do you think takeaway delivery's worked?
The shop informed me that I am not eligible for a refund, even though the driver's incompetence of basic delivery skills is not my problem. I refused to order another one with updated details considering at this point it had been nearly 2 hours, I just wanted my money back so I could order from somewhere else. I'll gladly order from other Tops Pizza branches, but this one's just a joke that no one finds funny. If I could give it an even lower star rating, I would. Regardless, I've moved on from the area now and I'm back on the road but this has REALLY upset me. First complaint I've ever written about a shop in my life.
Edit: I have no idea why this place has a head office, as they were incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to right their wrong. They're insisting I should take it up with Deliveroo, Deliveroo are redirected me back. At this point, this shop has actually STOLEN £26.66 from me. If I'm unable to get it back, maybe you can put it to good use, invest it towards drivers who don't just try 1 out of 3 methods of contacting the consumer and then give up.
Final outcome: I got my money back, for anyone who's having the same issue and found Deliveroo and Head office to be unhelpful, file a dispute with your bank and get your money back that way. Ridiculous, didn't get the product I paid for and they just expected to keep my money.. Like I said...

We opened up our pizza to find various hairs in it and when we rang to make them aware of this matter, we were told it couldn’t possibly have come from there and that we’d need to complain to head office or bring the pizza in itself. So after having it delivered because we didn’t want to leave the house after me spending most of my day driving, I felt compelled to drive to the store to show them as it felt I was being accused of lying to them which when we got to the store and showed him the hairs , he laughed and said “this is supposed to be our hair” sarcastically. I myself have RED HAIR. And in response to his answer of it couldn’t it come from there, not one member or staff was wearing a hair net so it most definitely could of come from there and when we asked the name of who I can only assume is the manager , he said it didn’t matter and then after my partner questioned him further he said his name was Ali which I felt like was a lie given his resistance in the first place. Human error I put my mobile number in wrong by mistake and did not realise, and when the driver finally arrived with my order he spoke very rudely made a rude comment even though I apologised about the number issue?and not to mention before all this he tried to enter my flat before even knocking? There is cameras in my building so I think more than anything I can report him to the police but when I tried to the call the number of the Wokingham Road branch to make a complaint I was spoken to again very rudely and threatened with police action? For what sorry? The address was there full and correct it’s not rocket science to follow a map even if my mobile number was wrong? Anyway somehow the delivery guy made it all the way up to my flat without being let in by me anyway so I don’t understand what his issue was even when I apologised before anything, it’s just something I did not realise.
