Coughlans Bakery Reigate — Restaurant in Reigate and Banstead

What a lovely Bakery! At the time of my visit, they only had one other review, which caused me to wonder whether I should perhaps choose another carb haven to satisfy my breakfast needs. However, I decided to go in anyway, and wow! Am I glad I did. Very friendly service, and gorgeous food. A nice selection of both sweet and savoury pastries and breads, sandwich options, hot and cold, and a nice selection of hot and cold drinks too. All priced very reasonably indeed. I've always loved Coughlans - finding somewhere that provides plenty of vegan options is difficult, but from croissants to cookies, muffins to plant based savouries (and dairy free milk options!), Coughlans covers it all.

I visit the Reigate branch every Monday and am greeted by the lovely Sarah and Donna. It's always nice to have a quick catch up with the ladies (and Sarah makes a fantastic vegan chicken and sweetcorn baguette!)

I highly recommend trying the new chocolate cookie croissant (especially when they're warm and gooey!) and mushroom...

What I love most about Coughlans is that they are doing so much better than the rest of the food industry by providing a huge array of quality vegan options without jacking up the price. My favourite bakery by far and their pumpkin spiced "Daves" are phenomenal.

Edit: Knocking off a couple of stars for a rude staff member and inconsistencies/ slacking in delivery orders. Haven’t had issues when going in to the store but maybe they’ve had a new...
