KFC — Restaurant in Rochdale

If I could give minus stars I would, went to drive through today, put our order in was told to park up with about 8 other cars, waited over 15 min, for food asked about our krushem to be told they forgot and they was doing something to the machine and it would be 4 min 15 min later still nothing, our food is getting cold went over to the window and asked what was happening 7 people ignored me, I explained my food was getting cold etc to be laughed at by the kid fixing the machine, I asked the guy who was stood near him ( he was the manager) is that how he likes his staff to respond to his customers for him just look at me like a deer in head lights ( still no response) walked back to car waited another 5 minutes, got home the krushems tasted of chemicals, our meals was cold chicken wings was burnt, did think to go back but then remembered the none response from the manager, I have contacted the council and ombudsman as my main concern is the chemical taste from the krushem god for bid no kids have had them...

Waited 40 minutes for my order, they ended up being out of oasis, Pepsi and sprite and were out of beans. After waiting 40 minutes, they handed me and my friend a bag with only two gravy pots and said they had no wings left. This was on a Monday at 6pm. The drive thru were waiting so long and someone ended up coming to the window and shouting inside. Two people in the back were lifting eachother up and laughing, whilst there were ever 10 people waiting for food and some of them were there before I got there. Its not fair for uber eats drivers, since they will get bad reviews since this branch clearly can't get their act together. Its supposed to be a fast food!! I think the place may be understaffed or the manager may need changing. Two girls were helpful, despite the awkwardness that they had ran out of certain foods and the long wait but they tried their best with what they had. Something definitely...

Computer wouldn't take my order, told staff who seemed disinterested. Waited for about 15 minutes to get served. Girl serving takes an order then leaves the till to make drinks. Then returns to take next order. After placing my order, my coffee is made and left on the counter, my fries and sweet corn are now on a tray, awaiting the boneless banquet. 10 minutes later the meal is deposited on the serving area and my number is called. I requested fresh fries and got my way with an added dirty look. I then asked for a hot! Coffee as the one on the counter was not hot. The girl said it was fresh and she had only just made it, I promptly removed the lid and stood with my finger in the fluid, saying it was NOT fresh and not hot. They made another coffee.
