Wouldn’t usually leave a review but after receiving poor quality food and then not being helped by the cafe with my complaint I thought I should

I would give no stars but that’s not a choice If you like soggy bread massive slabs of burnt spam and rude staff then yeah order from here ha!

Worst most disgusting breakfast food I’ve ever seen and tasted in my life I rang up to complain and was nothing but nice even stating how I didn’t like to complain .. only to be met with “Jackie” the argumentative manager maybe or owner wanted to blame Uber eats for the burnt and soggy food .. the food is delivered in tinfoil wraps hence the soggy bread.. and am sure my Uber driver didn’t re cook the spam and burn it on his way to deliver it Jackie. No refund or help offered and had the nerve to hang up the phone and take further orders off line on Uber eats...

On one in fact two of the Fridays I ordered an extra large breakfast which is served on a large serving plate, listen to this it was massive and did I eat it all? Of course I did! And one of the girls called kate said to me are you gonna eat all that? I said too right it shouldn’t be a problem for me because im a really really good eater and trust me I can eat. All and all it’s such a pleasant cafe to dine in and a lovely atmosphere especially with nidge and the girls and the cafe itself is always nice and clean every time I walk in. Ordered an egg butty and asked in the comments for some cheese on it, Bare in mind that this is just a sprinkle of cheese. I order off these quite a lot and to be a "loyal customer" they crossed the cheese part out and sent it plain because I didn't go to the extras menu and pay whatever it is for a little sprinkle of cheese, it wasn't a massive ask when I spend so much with them 😆.
