Cask & Feather — Restaurant in Rochdale

What an awesome night we had last night. The atmosphere was electric! The 80's duo were fantastic. The dancers were great and everybody had a good time. The sandwiches were lovely and the prices very, very reasonable. The only downside was my brother having his mobile phone stolen from his jacket pocket. The staff were incredible and did everything within their power to help. Everyone really cared, from the staff lending him a mobile phone to cancel his contract, to the customers who really empathised with our disbelief. These things happen at the best of venues, even this incredible welcoming place. So the need to be cautious is always there. But faith in human nature will always be where people of this calibre exist. The singers also felt for us. So, to the pond life who stole the phone...enjoy the winnings you think you've made. Good bar, great drinks, love the chill atmosphere but the experiance is shattered by a member of staff who laughs at you for questions about their products... It was embarrassing that my concerns was not taken seriously by who, I assumed, was running the bar that night. This person also proceded to tell other customers which lead them to them mock and laugh. Shame really, I am new to the area and I can see myself enjoying Cask & Feather if this...

Great away pub. If you're looking for posh, this isn't the pub for you. However, if you want a pub with welcoming bar staff and friendly locals you won't find a better pub in rochdale. Terry and Diane are 1st class hosts. I suggest that you take a spare scarf with you, then your colours will go up in the pub.
