Went in tonight there was a used nappy sat on the table whichwas ther from earlyafternoon until closing time . It was reported to staff several times abd staff refused to move the nappy. Several customers complained about it to the manager , who completely ignored the customers requests and instead decided not to serve a group of friends because he could smell cannabis. Although the perpetrator of the said joint admitted he had it he still refused to me and my friends because he had a grudge because we asked him several times to move the nappy and because he didn't like it he decided to stop serving us drinks. A review of 5 years here, thankfully leaving soon. Menu changes across the company have resulted in less and less fresh options, rubbish veg sausage now, no healthy chicken burger, no Heinz beans, sadder and sadder side salads, having to hunt for mayo, increasingly frozen everything. Increasing fruit flies. When ordering via app I see my drink sat on the bar 10 minutes before it comes, I'm on my own so daren't leave my stuff to order at the bar.
