After a lovely visit to the Abbey enjoyed sitting in the picnic area with a cuppa from the restaurant. Children's picnic lunch was very good as sealed and kept in fridge so no concerns about food hygiene and safety. Low score as open cake and baked goods were crawling with flies - it wouldn't take much to invest in mesh covers or repellent fans. Spoke directly to staff on the day of our visit and told this was fine nothing needed to be...
