RUDE WAITRESS. -We went to this restaurant as we were visiting Bexhill on a Sunday evening. The only Thai Restaurant open and was 4.7 stars. Already hungry and been craving for thai food we went in. Waited 5 minutes. The only waitress was in the counter doing something and literally saw us coming in but didnt even bother to offer us table. Restaurant was not busy and there was only 1 table occupied. We approached her and asked if she can give us a table for 4 as my other friend is coming. Directed us to our table, 3 of us. Gave us the menu and informed her that we are ready to order and she said "Are you not going to wait for the other one?" I said its alright she's not coming now. She smirked and said "why telling me its table for four!" Then I apologized and said shes not coming sorry" I don't know what's her issue as there's just 2 occupied tables there. Quiet Sunday night. She was tussing and doing this head movement. Sarcastic. Passive-aggresive. Appailing and miserable thai waitress. We ordered and the look on her face while serving us was so dreadful. The food was fantastic but customer service matters. I dont know if she's the owner but I hope they'll do something about it. She's so rude. I didnt finish my food and felt uncomfortable. Party of 4. Two from Australia and they were impressed with the food. Had selection of starters all good. The waitress was very careful with making sure one of our group didn't have anything with Sesame seeds or Sesame oil after we told them of allergy. An alternative dipping sauce was provided because of allergy. Also separate rice for diner with allergy. Delightful, compact Restaurant, serving genuine Thai Food. Menu has good selection of Meals, with recommendations as to which Beverages compliment each Dish. Nice Patio Garden at rear, to Drink or Smoke, if req'd. Slight misunderstanding on entry, as the Waitress mentioned something about 'Drunken not allowed", which at 1st we thought was aimed at us.
