Domino's Pizza - Rotherham - Central — Restaurant in Rotherham

Ordered at 6:45 for me and the kids... The order didnt turn up until 8:25, that was after a phone call and being hung up on. so i ended up cooking for the kids as was close to bedtime... But anyway, I check my pizza on arrival and I couldn't even believe it... I got half a large pizza in a medium box!? It had been slopped around and was cold too. I ring to complain and they say they will send another out, I waited well over another hour with nothing so called again to be told its busy and will be with me in 20 min... again... 40 minutes later... nothing! So I call to request a refund as by this point I'm going to bed, to be told it had just left... But I declined and requested my money back, so they agreed they will bring it and would post it... who'd of thought... No refund posted either and nothing on either of my cctv has shown any attempt! I was a regular customer, and I wont be ordering again! I'm disgusted with the food and the service.

Following up... The manager was very helpful in resolving this issue, offered free food as an apology, and took on board everything. Unfortunately though, the food that came as an apolgy arrived stone cold... so think its self explanatory what I wont be...

Update update update ..

After 2 weeks + ,got a very generic response from Customer services, we will pass your feedback onto the manager..Clowns I already did this in person on my bad visit, what was the point in asking for all my order details ..Terrible service from start to finish.

Update on a update, was finally contacted by customer services " I use the term lightly" a week ago to submit my order details which i dud promptly 7 days ago .... shocked still no full response

Update, another example of bad service , I have now emailed twice going back a week and no Response..

Just ordered a pizza online, no problem, tried to order cookie cream egg 3 times and not allowing, arrived to collect and then asked to order the cookies, I only had cash on , was greeted with a very abrupt "we don't take cash "from staff member, looked around for sign advising me, none to be seen, asked if had one, was told we had one on counter and fallen off last week, asked to speak to manager Ellise to give feedback , her response " I will pass it on .Great...

We had guests round late yesterday .

I called domino's at 11.30pm to find out if there is any chance of delivery .

Andrew answered the phone and said yes of course .

I live about 3-5 mins away from the Greasbrough road store .

He said 30-40 mins for delivery I said fine .

Waited for delivery till 12.30am delivery not arrived .

Called the store Andrew said we tried calling you didn't answer (which I didn't receive any calls at all on my phn complete lie )

We didn't have any 12' pitza base's left so we cancelled your order completely.

Andrew was extremely arrogant needs telephone manners .(My opinion)

He said we are now closed and can't do anything about it and put the phn down .

No apologie at all !!!

Absolute joke this company stay away complete letdown .

So now I have guests awaiting for food which is not arriving waste of time .
