Came in one afternoon as many afternoon before, to have hot drink.. then got treated like I've never been there before because the man in charge couldn't take a joke, he nearly dropped ice cream on his wrist which just about to serve to my friend.. we both laughed not intending to testimonised his "skill" dealing with his "own" produce but just a natural reaction. He was furious saying that I didn't respect his hardwork. Hello,... he should respect me as his regular customer. Then he rudely said"Get out! " Then I replied :" Are you serious "! A new place to me. Very friendly welcome, also for my dog. Coffee here tastes of....... coffee! There's also a very nice raspberry cake ring thing, but, you won't like that at all, so best just avoid it. Thank you. Assistance dog made very welcome, some very nice treats offered and accepted. Important point, always check first before approaching an Assistance Dog. MAIA were spot on with this. Should you go? Really not Italian at all!

Having just came back from Devon, whilst there we had some incredible corniche salted caramel and oreo ice cream which was home made, although not to my usual Italian experience.
