Ordered at 17:43, waited half an hour to collect and went in to be told it would be another half hour. Came back after half an hour and finally managed to collect food at 18:56. Website says expect 15 mins for collection and half hour for delivery. I think this needs to be amended because having to wait 4 times the time stated on the website isn't really fair.

I thought to myself, oh well as long as the food is great then it doesn't matter how long I had to wait. Pizza was average, jalepeno bites were fine but the donner meat was truly disgusting. It reminds me of the frozen donner meat you can buy from iceland warehouse. The meat was overly smoky, overcooked and chewy.

Quite simply the most revolting food I have ever purchased. The bag literally had an inch of oil in the bottom, the kebab meat was inedible - it felt mushy in the mouth and tasted of off fish. The chicken and wings stank of fish too somehow and honestly made me heave just smelling it. I assume everything is fried in the same oil and it’s never cleaned out because it all just had a stench of decay. Out of the three of us, we all immediately decided to throw it all in the bin outside just to try to rid the house of that vile smell. I only had a couple of taster mouthfuls but properly feel sick. absolutely terrible. tried to order food for delivery via Hungryhouse and my order was declined so i checked the opening times. it was open... I decided to ring them and talk to them over the phone. i asked why was my order cancelled twice and he stated that the driver didn't know where i asked for the pizza to be delivered. absolutely ridiculous excuse considering that most people these days have access to a satnav or even google maps. i then asked if he could use google maps to find where i lived and he just put the phone down on me! absolutely terrible customer service. will not be going to them again!
