Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Rugby

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cafe Nero in Rugby, and I must say, everything about my experience was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure that I had everything I needed.The menu offered a delightful variety of food and beverages, and each item I tried was simply delicious. Whether it was a perfectly brewed coffee or a scrumptious pastry, the quality of the offerings was top-notch. I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail and the care that clearly goes into every aspect of Cafe Nero.

What truly stood out was the overall ambiance of the cafe. It's a perfect blend of cozy and chic, making it an ideal spot to relax, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy some quiet time. I appreciated the comfortable seating and the tasteful decor that added to the overall charm of the place.

Visited 18 May mid afternoon at Eliot's Field in Rugby. All tables inside and outside had used crockery and rubbish on them where customers had left and tables not cleared. Had to ask for a table to be cleared. Young lad just cleared one table and put the whole lot on to another table rather than take it to the kitchen. The table was left covered in spilt drinks. He went into the kitchen empty handed. I thought to get a cloth to clean table. He came back out after a few minutes and started serving behind the counter. I asked him to clean the table so we could put ou drinks and sandwiches and crisps down to eat. Under most tables were balls of fluff and crumbs and generally looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned for a few days. Fluff does not appear in an hour. Which means no one is checking the standard of cleanliness. We spent at least half an hour in the cafe and when we left not one table had been cleared. People were coming in and going out again. Is this the standard you would expect at a Caffe Nero? Well I don't! MC Donald's are always cleaning up their floors. You may take up to six months to train staff to become perfect coffee makers, ease spend some time on training them to...

I went there today at 16.00, the scanned voucher did nothing, their system looked frozen, the gentleman asked to rescan, this time system said it was redeemed. Looked like it went through in the first scan but did not show; we agreed on that and he was helpful. He asked a older lady what the issue is with the system but the lady immediately turned to me without bothering checking and said that is your voucher and go and sort with the voucher company, it is not our issue. I was almost paying but then this statement felt offending and said this is your shop, your product and you are offering this voucher option together with this company so you should take the responsibility and do not behave like this to a customer and make sure your systems work Ok if you are offering this voucher to earn more customers. I did not take it, she did not offer it and poured into the sink. OMG! Update: Similar system issue happened in the C.Nero in the Rugby center recently where I go now, the young lady there was very kind and said she will still do it for free, but I paid for it. So nice people...
