Superdrug — Local services in Rugby

This store has a lot of choice, more than the other store in Rugby's Clock Towers Shopping Centre.

Which worries me because the staff in both are very helpful, I mean really helpful. I worry because we need both of them and in the current financial climate, it can be hard to justify having two of these shops in the same town. Rugby is growing really fast so that might be justification enough.

Elliott Fields Superdrug is a well laid out, clean and tidy store, the staff are always on hand to help customers. The loyalty card is a must, if you forget it at the point of sale you can add on your points at home on their website, as you can't do this at later date in the store. Recommended...

Further to visiting the store yesterday in the hope of getting my step daughter ears pierced, but found out that it wasn’t available, however spoke with an assistant who booked us in for an ear piercing & eye brow threading for me. Arranged for 4pm & 4.15pm for both appointments, the assistant took down my mobile number too. I picked my step daughter up straight from school & headed for Superdrug, we were kept waiting for 22mins, to be told they’d moved the appointment to tomorrow!!! but then asked what time would we be available… Why was I not informed by phone or even text???. A 35m round trip for nothing… We will NOT be returning...

Well stocked shop easy to park. It’s just a shame some of the staff were watching you and your every movement like a hawk. We were made to feel very intimidated. When I asked where some products were the member of staff was more interested in watching other customers movements, than talking to me or showing my where items were. After paying for our shopping one member of staff on the door rudely spoke loud down her mic have these paid as we were going through the door. Sorry guys your customers skills today were absolutely shocking.. if you are going to communicate with each other at least do it politely and...
