Didn't even get to try food!! Visited the first time today after hearing amazing things off of family. Got there just after 8am, and chose to sit outside, my husband went inside to get a food menu and smiled at the staff. We then chose what we wanted and I went in the order. A Male member of staff walked by me several times and looked at the menu but didn't say a word I waited more than 5 mins while the lady serving make two hot drinks, at snail pace!! Then when a queue had built up behind me she told me she couldn't take any food orders until half 8, another 20mins!! This was so embarrassing in front of so many people, especially as she watched my husband take a food menu!! I've then spoken to my family who go often, who then told me they've never had to wait until half 8 to have their food orders taken!! Maybe my face just didn't fit? Who knows!! What I do know however is I will Never be back!! I work in hospitality myself, and never would I ever treat my customers as i was treated today. We have been waiting for an hour for 4 breakfasts outside in the cold! Table 6 I believe One for me, my son, grandad who’s back from the church choir club and my brother, we have been waiting and waiting grandad hasent ate since Friday and it’s now Thursday this place is a joke! Mega expensive too! Not worth comming here at all go next door you will be served faster and better priced food! Not good!

Also just have next tables food put under our noses after an hour and 20 wait then snatched away again told us it will be a little longer..

Update food was absolutely appalling we had breakfasts and the bacon could have been brought back to life by a trainee vet, grandads breathed to hard on the bacon and brought it back to life it’s been now 28 miniutes of punching and fighting, grandad lost to the bacon he’s now propped up against the kerb smashed to peices said he feels like the Germans do...

Absolutely hated it here, felt so uncomfortable due to the owner's snarky remark.

We came in and asked for two breakfasts at about 2:00pm and we were both met with "We only serve breakfasts until 12:30, it is written on the menu" then the owner proceeded to roll her eyes when she thought we weren't looking. The young staff were spoken to like dirt by the owner. We wanted to leave in that moment but decided to stay, however we regret that decision.

We decided to order a BLT and a panini with a coffee and tea which came out at over £15. Each sandwich was served with stale crisps which had likely been sat out all day. The bacon on the BLT was fatty and clearly cheap quality, despite the cost.
