The so called "manager" as he called himself after a discussion said "you cannot make customised orders on sides, only on pizzas you can". I wish I'd got his name for further inquiries because his customer service skills are 0. I will not give any names but other stores along with this store served me "Loaded Fried - cheeseburger " without beef because i can't eat beef but i like the other ingredients. This "manager" branch or worker at cash till (whatever he is in reality) said "this is the thing, if someone was given before something customized they'd want it again." Which is appalling and disrespectful to talk like this to a customer!! Yes, if other employees serve me whati order better than you, then you are NO manager...you are a mailman or worse!!! Also, he said that he was talking to the person that served me the customized order before from here after a few mins of me waiting outside... if it's true, this "manager" influencing other employees against customer service on premises that "what if something happens to you if i give you without an ingredient and i put that in system?". When i said I'll give this one star for this happening, he said "no problem, just mention what happened " ...which is what I did just now. Finally, he refused to give me the name of his supervisor or a way to contact them based that i can "do it online".. But i will inquire somewhere else about it because people like this one are downgrading the customer service and this is how disputes or worse are coming up. If this is how things are handled in India towards non indian people and indian people are given favours then it's discrimination. If not, then you got no respect, no manners and no customer service in you and well done for getting one more far end of pole customer...

Well a hour an 15 mins later still no pizza so call back an the phone is answered by a female employee. Ask where pizza was to have her reply there was no order to my address , I explained there was a order told her my order an she still couldn't find it apparently ! Ask to speak to the manger witch she says she is .. I ask her of food in way to get told I'm lieing bout making order after she decided to speak to me like crap an be rude. An tell me to make a new order. She finally turns round an tells me oh i habe found your order it is on it way . To then tell me they are sorting I ask again is my food on it way or is it still being made ! For her to be rude and unprofessional.. to witch point I asked one more time is my food on it way or is it still there for her once again have attudie . She lied a number of times an couldn't answer any questions bout food , or on a processional level ... in end after 15 mins or trying to get a simple answer I told them I will be putting a complaint in and will not be coming back to this place again after the so called mangers behaviour .... would not recommend the place disgusting service ... an will be...
   Read moreHonestly shocked with tonight. Ordered via the app and all was well until it stated 'driver on the way'. Within less than 1 minute it had said the order was delivered. I decided to call the shop to question and was greeted on the phone by what I now believe as the female manager. She said she would put me on hold and contact the driver. This women then LIED through her teeth to me and blamed the driver that he had ' accidentally marked as delivered but was stuck in traffic ' when in fact SHE had already marked as delivered before the driver had even collected the food from the store. This is NOT how you treat staff and is absolutely disgusting behaviour. The driver was a saint and extremely polite and should be praised for his work rather than blamed for her own mistakes. I did call the store and request her name and position.
Update: I appreciate the fact the manager called me back to apologise but there's not really an excuse for this sort...
