Burger King — Restaurant in Salford

I usually go to this store from my house,to get there,it's about 10mins walk,l was there on the 30/12)2023,at 8.30am,lts was written on a paper that the branch was closed,as there tills were not working,l was so disappointed,that l have to walk back home to go and look for something else to eat.On the 2nd of January 2024,at 8.00am,l got to the door again,no sign at the door,so l was happy am having my breakfast there,to my surprise again,the doors were locked,that l have to knock on the door,this man came to open the door,and he said what? I said l need to get some breakfast,he said the electric is off again,that ,he would not be serving breakfast until around 9.30am,he told me to come inn to sit down,and he locked the door.As l sat down,l did ask him that is he certain that he would start serving breakfast at 9.30,he said l should stop asking him questions,that l should go and phone the electric company,l told him that was very rude of you to say that to me,and he said ,l should think about whatever am thinking off,l did ask him that,why was he treating me this way,,so he decided that his made up his mind,that l ask too many questions,that he would not serve me breakfast,so l told him,that ,that would not happen,so l said,l would call the police,he said l should, his words against mine,l called the police station,l was,given a crime no,his name is Micheal,the police called me back on my phone,as l told the police that he would not serve anyone in the store,unless am served,the police called my phone to speak to him,he told me,as my phone was on speaker to the police that his busy, after some mins,he took my phone to speak to the police, and he told the police that l was rude to him,what a big lie,the police told me that,l should leave the premises,that lt is dangerous ,as l was leaving,MICHEAL,the store manager,as he is,told me that he has for ever ,banned me from company into the store,he even called 5 of his back workers,not to serve me,any time l come into the store,what a terrible,store Manager, MICHEAL ls,by the time l got to Piccadilly to order for breakfast around 11.05 am,they have finished serving breakfast.,what a terrible...

Good quality food and everything was there in the order.

Now for the negatives, their official BK app allowed me to order for collection at 9:23PM with the option "At a restaurant - Includes Take Out, Dine In, and more options" I turned up few minutes later to be told by the security on site that I'm not allowed in as it's closed. A worker came out to tell me that the restaurant shuts at 9PM and dining in isn't open... I was like that's fine im here for collection and she said 'this one time I'll allow it' making it sound as if I was in the wrong when the app physically let me order. Once she got my order I showed her the app to show the timings says dine in and drive thru until 10PM (see screenshot), from here she wanted to take a picture of this so she can feed it back to the higher ups.

Feel sorry for this restaurant for having BK higher ups mess this newly built store (if that is the case), however the food was good it's just a shame a big organisation can't even get opening hours correct... I can see reviews scoring this restaurant low due to timing errors. I expect a better quality service from the Burger King as a company, and I hope the restaurant will sort out its opening issues on my...

Ordered twice from this Burger King, once when they first opened a few weeks back, got their chilli cheese bites, chicken fries and chicken nuggets. The quality was very lacking compared to other branches I've been to as I do love to treat myself to a burger king occasionally. My initial thought was that it could be because they just opened so the staff require training or what not. Wrong. I ordered again on deliveroo but the other Burger King at the Quay was closed so it got delivered from this branch. And I knew straight away when my Chicken Royale tasted the like the exact same stale batter as the previous time I ordered. Not to mention they had only given me 6 onion rings instead of 9 as stated on the order. But im not gonna haggle over some onion rings. I'm just suprised how a well regulated chain can open up such a consistently lacking branch??? Its not inedible, just disappointing and doesn't satisfy my cravings. Though I do want to note, I've only really tried their chicken products, maybe their normal beef burgers etc are on par with...
