Popped in for a quick snack, with hubby asked a chicken pastry, and a CHEESE AND ONION pastry sat down to eat them in there, and they were both Stone cold ! We told them they were cold, and they said they couldn't warm them up well. Who wants to eat a cold chicken pastry, so they said they would make some fresh ones 10 minutes later. A staff member brought them back and asked if they were warm enough, but no, they were still cold, so did warm them up waited for half an hour for hot ones, and then they brought up 2 chicken pastry !!! Went today as the kids are off school and its not being used as the local youth club/doss house that don't buy anything. Greggs need to get a grip of this and ban them as they take up all the seats and leave bags everywhere. I was also appalled today by a male member of staff who slowly wanders around, doing the bare minimum and getting in colleagues way, if he went any slower, we would stop. I have been in here a few times for a breakfast roll and a coffee. It’s great value and if you use the Greggs app you will get points.
