A Serene Oasis in the Heart of Manchester - Reflexion Lounge Shisha Finding a good shisha lounge can be a tough task, but not when you're in Manchester. The city is home to Reflexion Lounge, an upscale shisha destination that radiates charm and elegance reminiscent of the plush shisha lounges in Dubai. Reflexion Lounge is a true sanctuary, a place where the hustle and bustle of the city fade into the background, replaced by an ambience of tranquillity and peace. The moment you step in, you're transported to a different world. The enticing aroma of shisha lingers in the air, creating a sensory experience that is not only soothing but also invigorating. One of the standout features of Reflexion Lounge is its remarkable selection of shisha. Perfectly crafted to deliver smooth, satisfying smoke, the shisha offers a blend of flavors that are intense yet harmonious. The good vibes shisha stands out in particular, with a depth of taste that is simply outstanding. It's a blend that, once experienced, will keep you coming back for more. No shisha session is complete without a soothing beverage, and Reflexion Lounge's tea collection is nothing short of amazing. There's a tea for every mood and every palate, whether you're a fan of the classics or in the mood to try something new. The tea serves as the perfect accompaniment to the shisha, creating a harmonious symphony of flavors that dances on your taste buds. But what truly sets Reflexion Lounge apart is its exceptional service, led by the commendable trio - Hussain, Mohammed, and Rooney. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and warm personalities add a touch of warmth to the already welcoming atmosphere of the lounge. Hussain is an expert at crafting the perfect shisha experience. His dedication to the art of shisha is evident in every cloud of smoke that leaves your lips, thanks to him my choice was Blueberry and Love66, both of them lovely. Mohammed, with his deep knowledge of tea, guides you through the extensive menu, ensuring you find the perfect brew to complement your shisha, my choice was Karak Chai and mint tea, pure magic. And Rooney, with his infectious enthusiasm and unrivaled customer service skills, makes every visit feel like a special occasion. In conclusion, if you're looking for a shisha experience that combines luxury, comfort, and the finest in hospitality, then Reflexion Lounge is your go-to destination. This is not just a lounge; it's a haven for shisha enthusiasts, a place where you can unwind, relax, and enjoy some of the finest shisha and tea Manchester has to offer. I was visiting family in Manchester for Eid, we decided to go for shisha and they recommended Reflexion Lounge instead of going to the curry mile. The curry mile has really gone down hill in the recent years. Too much traffic and kids just driving up and down the road. This was my first time to Reflexion Lounge. There was free parking a street away not far at all plus a shuttle service available. There was 8 of us we didn't all smoke shisha the girl on the till stated if we don't all want shisha we could order desserts instead which was fair. A few of my cousins with me decided to be awkward but I understand it is a business at the end of the day. The girl was being polite but surely she must have been thinking if you don't want shisha or desserts then why have you come? So for a totally unbiased review I won't fault this. We had shisha, mocktails, milkshakes, mint tea and some waffles. No issues with anything. The waffle was actually better then what is served in some dessert places. I have been back twice since then with my other half.

It's alright and here's why.. Reflexion...one of those places that's never really changed over the years. It's always stayed consistent for what it stands for but never really put much thought into a shisha experience. I've been a hit and miss with Reflexion for many reasons but see the pros and cons below: Pros: - It's consistent with it's brand and image - Shisha has nice clouds - View is always a nice plus esp during late evenings - Inner sitting area is cozy...the dark, nightclub shisha vibes Negatives: - Prices are steep considering the type of shisha provided and have constantly been increasing without any investment into the location - Don't understand how people can use a Khalil Mahmoon with certain shisha blends...you'd be surprised at how much a different pipe can make a difference and real heat management - Shisha tends to get burnt quickly because of how much heat is being added to the shisha…4 coals isn’t ever a good sign especially after having a shisha being lit for over 10-15 minutes…the art of shisha making isn’t really there…unless you are clued up on heat management…so you’re session tends to finish at lot sooner than it should For a simple night out, I'd recommend this place with friends, bare in mind it's average at best in price, stagenent, but still has it's vibe. P.s this whole £50 a night thing I keep reading, wasn't a thing on the saturday night I went on.

Comment left in 2024. Visited this place after 6 years. Definitely will not be returning. We ordered a zinger wrap and chips and paid an extortionate price for some cheap fried food. The food came after 50 minutes and the waiter came with the wrong items. He came with burgers and fries and kept insisting it’s a wrap? Took me 2-3 minutes to explain what a wrap looks like! After the issue was rectified, we noticed they’d just refried the chicken from the burger and chips and served it to us. Everything was hard and tasteless. Comment left in 2018. The shisha was great for a few minutes. They seriously need to recruit more staff members. One staff member dealing with over 30 customers.

I find it very sad to see such a place with nice atmosphere going down because of the attitude of the owner. Honestly, off the bat I felt unwelcome, the workers are nice but the rudeness of the owner ruined the whole experience. Made us buy a drink each and took our food we packed from a previous restaurant to put on the side as if we were trying to steal business from them (wouldn’t let us in otherwise). Non existent customer service in that regard. All to say that I felt uncomfortable. Shisha was decent.

OVERpriced as what you get is probably worth £5 at most! The dessert was a few days old for sure (cheesecake tasted old cheese), teapot got cold after 5min and let’s not even mentioning the shisha, still bad after changing it twice🤦🏻♀️ Cherry on top, No free parking available either - paid £5 only for that. £48 down the drain!! The stars given are only for the view and neighbourhood!
