My friend and I recently made the mistake of dining at Burger & Sauce, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We feel compelled to share our unfortunate experience to save others from enduring the same disappointment.

To begin with, we chose Burger & Sauce for what we hoped would be a delightful evening out. However, our excitement quickly turned to frustration when, after successfully placing our order and expressing our desire to dine in, we were unceremoniously forced out as they were about to close. It was shocking and incredibly rude to be treated this way, especially when we had made it clear that we intended to enjoy our meal on the premises.

Despite this unsettling start, we decided to give the benefit of the doubt and hoped the food would salvage the evening. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Our order arrived, and both dishes were disappointingly incorrect. My friend's burger, which was meant to be tomato-free due to an allergy, still contained tomatoes, posing a serious health risk. As if that wasn't enough, my burger, specifically ordered with nachos, arrived without any trace of the promised toppings. The negligence in preparing our orders was beyond comprehension.

The overall experience at Burger & Sauce left us feeling neglected, disrespected, and incredibly dissatisfied. We cannot emphasize enough how much we regretted choosing this place for our dinner.

To anyone considering dining at Burger & Sauce, we strongly urge you to think twice. Save yourself the frustration and potential health risks by avoiding this restaurant altogether. Disappointing Experience - Unfortunate Mix-ups and Early Closure

Our recent visit here was quite disappointing, leaving us disheartened by a series of unfortunate incidents. We had hoped for an enjoyable dine-in experience but were abruptly forced to leave, followed by order mix-ups that further dampened our evening.

Initially, we were excited to try out Burger and Sauce and placed our order with the intention to enjoy our meals in the restaurant. We successfully made the payment, but to our surprise, we were asked to leave as the staff was preparing to close. It was disheartening as we had explicitly mentioned our preference to dine in. Had we been informed beforehand about the early closure, we would have reconsidered placing the order.

After receiving our food, we discovered that both burgers had errors in them. One of the burgers, which was supposed to be served without tomatoes, still had them included. On the other hand, the second burger, for which we had specifically requested nachos, arrived without any nachos at all. It was disheartening to see our orders inaccurately prepared, especially after having communicated our preferences clearly.

Given the disappointing dining experience and the mix-ups in our orders, we regretfully cannot recommend Burger & Sauce We understand that mishaps can happen, but the combination of being forced to leave due to early closure and the errors in our food left us feeling unsatisfied and unappreciated as customers.

Instead, we encourage everyone reading this review to explore other dining options, such as Pepe's, conveniently located across the road. I went there with my family, starving. Firstly i would like to say absolutely horrible, the food was hideous and nobody could eat anything. The food is disgusting and not for us and if theres one thing i can tell you to NEVER go there unless you want to throw about £60 in the bin. I cant explain to you how the food wasnt good it wasnt tasty at all i do NOT recommend you to go there. Normally i don’t write reviews but now i had to due to how horrible it was that i don’t want anyone to go through the same thing. We wasted a ton of money and we left starving. One more thing is in one of the chip bowls we found a hair in there which is very unhygienic and couldn’t even eat. Believe me, don’t ever step foot in there or will regret it.
