Sweet Dreams Desserts — Restaurant in Sandwell

If I could give this place zero ratings I would. This place was recommended to me, so thought I'd try it out. I ordered a sundae, 2 milkshakes and a crepe. The order arrived in 2 hours. That didn't bother me. My order was close to 20 pound. When I received my order, the sundae wasn't a sundae but in fact a milk shake. The crepe was rubbery and cold. And the 2 milkshakes were watery. I rang them to complain and the woman who answered had a "I don't care" attitude. She was of no help and rude. The customer service was disgusting. As i am on the phone to the lady, i used my spoon to mix this so called sundae, and as i mixed the watery contents, there was a long black hair in it. At this point I lost my temper and demanded my money back. The woman said "you can have a £15 gift card and that's all we are offering". I couldn't believe what i was hearing. I told the woman that i wasnt interested in a gift card as i wouldn't be ordering from them again. I was really annoyed and asked to speak to the manager. The manager took ages to come to the phone. When he did, he refused to refund me back my money. While I was on the phone on hold with the manager, I heard the manager ask the staff in the background "who made the milkshake, cause there is hair in it". All the staff denied making it. In the end they offered me £2 towards the milkshake sundae, which isn't even half of the money back of what I paid for it. I expressed my anger and told him that I wasn't going to accept that, and that I wanted the full refund and they could come and take their desserts back. In the background I could hear the staff saying "why don't they come to the shop themselves, because I don't get paid enough for this". After being on the phone for 15 mins and 30 seconds, the manager finally said "I will refund you your money for the sundae but nothing else. I accepted the offer as I couldn't be bothered to argue with him any longer or put up with their disgusting customer service. I am fuming. The driver came 45 mins later to collect the so called sundae and I showed him the long black hair in it. Even he was disgusted by it. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS DESSERT SHOP AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THE WORST BY FAR. I HOPE YOU DON'T PROFIT FROM THE MONEY THAT YOU STOLE. I have ordered many times but this is surely my last. The quality has deteriorated throughout the years. This paticular time the strawberries were clearly places on wet and still were wet, the marshmellows were small and the strawberries were not place as said in the description. I ordered "The right amount of wrong" waffles, it had no large strawberry in the middle like it was when I bought it before and like it said in the description! When I saw it I thought nothing of it since visually it didn't look that unappetising, but I took a bite and it was cold. Had to put it in my airfryer so it warmed up, it got crispy and was still nice but not as nice as before and definitely not worth the price and delivery fee. Disappointed at the service. Had to wait for 30 minutes for a one scoop vanilla ice cream when more fancier dessert orders on the same table came way quicker. When we went to check on the ice cream cone the waitress got annoyed. Same waitress came back several times with items no longer available and asking us to repeat orders. And our order wasn't complete till the end so we just gave up. What just happened to this place? Covid-19 wise, we saw people being sat at tables without having been cleaned in-between customers. Staff in contact with customers didn't wear masks. Used to rate this place very highly! Please note the quality of food served was impeccable.
