Superdrug — Local services in Sandwell

I came into the store several months ago with my granddaughter in a boggu. Stock all over the floor and which ever way I went I could not get through without moving stock, a real health and safety concern. Returned to the store Friday 2nd May and initially things looked better and stock was in boxes that were piled up on each other by pillars so not obstructing the aisles. I turned a corner and there were more piked stock boxes, had a bouquet of flowers in my left hand so did not see a lone box left in the aisle. I went flying into adjacent shelving. I badly twisted my back and banged my arm and only a customer came to check if I was okay after the crash. I pointed out to the staff that the box was a hazzard and they said they knew. Luckily I have tough bones, I had a swelling on my arm yesterday but thankfully bruising has come out today and my back is just sore. So dangerous and I do not intend to leave it there as someone could get...

I had such a great experience at Superdrug! One of the Asian girls helped me today to pick out the right makeup for me, and she was honestly so sweet and helpful. Last time, the other girl helped me choose as well, and both times they took their time, gave great advice, and really made me feel comfortable.

The staff that work here are honestly so nice and sweet – they really go out of their way to help customers, and I’ve always had a good experience with them. It makes such a difference when you feel welcomed and supported while shopping.

The store is always full of a great variety of products, and I always leave happy with what I’ve bought. I’ll definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend this...

This Superdrug is small and they don't stock everything that you can find on their website, but that is acceptable considering the size of the shop and they do stock most of the important and essential items.

I was looking for something specific and was struggling to find it, a very friendly young lady noticed and came over to ask if she could help me with something, she was very communicative and helpful. I had forgotten my Superdrug beautycard, but the nice lady at the till was able to look it up through the postcode and still give me the points, this was beyond helpful and more than most employees have to do or would do.
