Domino's Pizza - Birmingham - Wednesbury — Restaurant in Sandwell

I've ordered from here for the last 10 years always spending approx £30 for two people (which is pricey but its a treat, why not!). Recently when we have ordered the food hasn't been up to parr, such as the food not being cooked enough but we never really complain as its usually a one off. We ordered about 2 weeks ago and when the food arrived, it was actually raw!. The dough balls where raw dough, the pizza cheese hadn't melted yet and so we decided to not complain but put it in our oven to cook it ourselves! When it was finally cooked, we sat down to eat it but the food was inedible, tasting like washing up liquid. So we called the manager who really was not helpful. He asked us to send a photo of the pizza (which we did) to tell us that it was cooked 'look at the golden edges' he said. We told him that after spending £33, we had to cook it ourselves. He said that there was nothing he could do and basically put the phone down on us. It's extremely disheartening as my account history must tell dominos that we must have spent thousands over the years because its out favourite food. We do not recommend this dominos purely for the customer service and lack of attention given from the manager of the store. We still recommend dominos, just not the wednesbury one! Regular customer at WEDNESBURY DOMINOES also all my family around the Wednesbury area and others which travel a fair distance just for this particular dominoes but I will never walk into any dominoes again! Me and said give us a few days and kept laughing with co workers and walked off which I didn’t feel the manager was professional at this point! Showed no sympathy towards my situation! Worse dominos ever. The other week the delivery driver refused to bring my meal to my door because it was inside of gate??? Sorry out of order I was ill and I couldn’t really move or if I had children I wouldn’t be able to leave them inside and come to the entrance gate.

Secondly today I spend 61.40 of two pizza and other bits. I don’t eat pork, didn’t realise that there was pork on the pizza. I called up to see if there was anything that could be done about this and the rudest manger ever on the phone telling me to order again before they close in 10 mins. Terrible service.
