The White Swan - Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Sandwell

Great place & I think it's going to be a great place for the locals or those wanting to have lunch . Service is good & accommodating as not only did we order several different drinks we even asked & got a tea too & loveliest & best thing was someone went out to get the milk for the which is above & beyond .

We didn't order food this time at least but everything where the kitchen is involved looks tip top & I mean from cleanliness to ambience.

Unsure of how large the whole pub is as we sat in one area near the door.

Now if you fancy eating here I would suggest calling up & see if you can book a table for your visit if it is say a birthday party .

Staff are friendly & very helpful & as I said earlier will go that extra step to make your visit all the better.

Drink prices I would are good , although I did buy only 5 soft drinks ( one of which was a pint , a can & 3 pops too ) & a cuppa it all cost me less than £9 & in the current cost of living crisis I see it as a bargain.

Our group is much bigger than that turned up but we are next time there will be more of us going.

Oh yeah they show sports on the TVs . Car park is small but I have no doubt that too...

Me and my wife visited here last night. We ordered a lamb curry, 1 chicken wrap and a garlic naan along with honey chips.We are both Indians and rarely like eating out because we eat this type of food pretty much everyday. This is where the game changes, stunning lamb curry with high quality tender cuts of meat (no food colourings or chemical enhancers as used by every other restaurant in west bromwich). Chicken wrap was lovely, again with perfectly tender bbq meat. Naan was amazing. Our food was served within 20 minutes along with a lovely fresh salad and came upto £19.50. A takeaway box was provided by the friendly waiter for my rather large portion of lamb curry. It was a lovely evening and I would definitely go back. I love the fact that your dishes are cooked in their live kitchen and you can hear the pots and pans in the background while your dinner is being prepared. This for me is a good sign and clearly shows that the food is freshly prepared and not micrcwaved for 2 hours. Nice relaxing environment and a great ambiance. I recently had the pleasure of ordering a takeaway from The White Swan, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. I opted for the Chicken Momo - Nepalese dumplings served with a flavourful sauce. The wait for my order was made enjoyable with some delightful snacks and a refreshing half pint of Peroni beer, both of which were delicious.

However, the real surprise came when I got home and tried the Momos. The portion was generous, and the taste was absolutely fantastic - a perfect blend of authentic Nepalese flavours that tantalised my taste buds. This dish alone has made me eager to explore more of their menu.
