Eatwise Takeaway West Bromwich — Restaurant in Sandwell

This place is absolutely awful!! Placed an order for two beef and mushroom curries, egg fried rice, chips and a portion of curry sauce and recieved free spring rolls. Where to start, the chips were like they'd been sitting there for a week. The beef had a weird red tinge to it and had tubes left right and center, the rice was greasy, spring rolls looked like they'd been defrosted and just put in a bag and the mushrooms were that tough I'd have cut through a brick with a butter knife quicker. The food completely lacked any sort of flavour, I may aswell have cooked it in plain water! And it came barely luke warm To make matters worse the driver took change before I had the chance to offer it or not and upon calling the place up to make a complaint about the food I got lumbered on the phone with someone who could barely speak English but very quickly could speak it fluently enough. She was rude and refused to believe anything could be wrong with her food and was shouting over me down the phone. Worst experience I've ever had from ordering was from here, I don't know how they're still a running business. All in all a complete waste of money, if you want decent food do not order from here because I wouldn't even serve it up to my dog, you'd find a better treat fishing round a public toilet and better customer service skills...

I ordered egg omlet it came and it had a funny smell I also had chowmain it had a funny taste . Called them to let them know and they said well there is nothing we can do. I asked if I can have my money back as I cannot eat the food. They said let me speak to the chef, they then came back and said I spoke to the cheff he said there is nothing wrong with the food .I asked him if he is eating it.
