Made a booking for a large group of 16. I was quite specific about table setting as with a group that size you can feel quite separated at a long table. The staff were understanding and completely accommodating to our needs. Received a call on the day to further confirm. Arrived and everything was as discussed. We arrived early and had a drink outside in the extensive outdoor area which was beautifully decorated with lights, sofa sets and artificial grass. Our server was lovely and so attentive as the party came in at different times, she was right on hand to offer drinks and take any orders, never had to look for someone.

Food choice was excellent but not overwhelming with a good selection of traditional and less traditional choices. Every single person in the group enjoyed their meal. No complaints. We were able to keep our table for the evening and had a wonderful time. This was my first time here and I will defiantly be back to try other things on the menu. Cajun Chicken Salad and Agenda Chicken were stand...

The first time here, a friend made a booking and on arrival they couldn't find our booking, it was placed on the wrong date in their diary. Still, they found a table but had to be finished by a certain time.

The staff were ok, the place looked great. It was quiet when we arrived at 4.30 pm and got busier near 6 pm.

The menu, is nothing special, the usual food you can have in any restaurant. Food from fish, meat, vegetarians, burgers, and steaks. I had scampi, and my pal had fish and chips. The food was hot, the chips were very good, chunky chips. Pal had sticky toffee pubbing, and it was a very good side portion with ice cream. I didn't fancy any of the choices, so I thought I would try the cheese board and wow. I've never had one before, and it was huge. It's more like a sharing cheese board. Came with chunky, that was just yummy 😋. Had to have a doggie bag to take the rest home, which they were happy to do. The price was good for what we had.

Has a carpark around the back, only one space left...

Ordered chilli and a salmon dish. It took a while. I then relized they were defrosting the chilli. It was in big chunks as it was defrosted quickly. It was totally disgusting and even for me in edible. The salmon was soaked in Teriyaki sause. Again sweet and sloppy. He must have poured the full bottle on it. I had the fajita last time and they were fantastic. Not sure if chef has changed. My wife would not let me complain, she is too nice but the waitress could see we could not eat anyone of them. Sorry I probaby...

Tasty food which misses out on any zesty or aromatic seasoning, further spoiled by inattentive staff and a lack of finishing touches like sundries which aren't too dry or basic and confusing condiments and sauces (esp the sour cream which tasres like scooshy cream with concentrated lemon juice). The prices are fair though.

The whole place is very well done and all the staff were very nice. The bar is well laid out, good beers and big screens,we'd gone in to watch Sunderland beat Middlesbrough. We ate afterwards and that was also very good, and nice staff again. Great place and they make a big effort which makes all the difference.
