Anayah’s Kitchen — Restaurant in Scotland

I have never left a review in my life, but credit where credit is due. I have had curry’s in all the takeaways and Indian restaurants in Dumfries and have to say this was superb. At last a madras that you can taste, I know a madras is supposed to be hot but most seem to think that hot means burn the mouth and can’t taste anything after the first couple of mouth fulls. It was a lovely surprise to have one that was both hot and tasty at a reasonable price too. Well done Anayah’s Kitchen. Keep up...

Having tried many of the Indian restaurants in Dumfries we had given up having Indian takeaways as they were ok but not great. Then we found Anayah's Kitchen- What a revelation! They create quality, fresh cooked, delicious Indian food. We have tried different dishes from the menu on various occasions and they were all exceptional. Staff were very friendly and they certainly know how to use spices to add depth and flavour to their dishes. Amazing- this is definitely the best Indian restaurant...

Genuinely awful service. Ordered take away, took over two hours to arrive. They called me after 90 minutes to say it’ll be 15 minutes and it still took a further 30 minutes… and this was on a Wednesday evening. I also ordered extra chicken and the curry came with 5 pieces of… wait for it BEEF… awful… I don’t normally leave reviews but...
