Oh my!! I just moved back to the uk from Vietnam and am so so happy to find a Vietnamese restaurant that is also entirely vegan/vegetarian!! I had the tofu in pineapple sauce with fried rice and this incredible cream cake! All the cakes are vegan!! This is a lovely spot, visit it!! Update: I tried the takeaway vegan scone as well without the raisins. It’s massive and only £1.40! I sliced it into 3, it’s so nice you don’t need anything on it. I toasted one of the slices which was delicious too 🙏

Very nice little find while strolling through Dumfries. Nice to see a place serving all these wonderful dishes without any meat in them and still tasting delicious. Lovely cakes and everything is fresh and light leaving you nicely full up. Prices are good for what you're getting. Plenty of sitting areas. Very pleasant staff too. I've only been there once but will be coming back when in the area.

The most amazing, freshly cooked vegetarian and vegan Asian food. Absolutely delicious and really well presented. My husband says it's like heaven on a plate ☺️ This is comparable to anything we've eaten in London's Chinatown. And really good value. The cakes are pretty good too 😊

I would rate this cosy little establishment as 4.5 to 5. Reason! Buildings across the street very tall and fairly close making for being a little dark, and refurbishment of same can be a little annoying. Excellent points, cosy atmosphere with second room off to the right, so is bigger than you would think. Old style café, no chrome, steel, or glass, thank goodness. For those who remember it, reminds one a little of Fuscos café which used to be in the Vennel in the 1970s and a favourite watering hole then. Lovely food, hot or cold, good portions (believe me!), very good soups, (use a fork with some of them, chunky!) Good selection of drinks hot or cold. Very friendly and polite staff, and quick too. Don't be put off, give it a try, worth the effort, I keep...

I loved this place. When we arrived, I noticed a sign which said "We don't serve fast food, we serve good food as fast as we can make it". The service was no slower than one would expect in any cafe or restaurant, but the promise of good food was more than matched.

When it arrived, the food was delicious. I opted for tofu fried in chilli and lemongrass with rice. I love chilli, but there are times when it can overpower the other flavours. Not here - there was still enough heat, but the other flavours were more prominent.

The staff were friendly and helpful, asking if we would like to move to another table when the one we had picked would not have accommodated all the plates our food was served on. We never felt rushed, and I will...

This place is an absolutely gem! Had been traveling and were late fitting in lunch. Popped vegan lunch into Google maps and this came up. Partner and I had a fabulous lunch. I had the Thai veggie burger which was delicious and partner had a baked potato which was enormous and fluffy on the inside. Very reasonably priced and customer service outstanding. All the cakes are vegan as well and there are so many to chose from. We purchased an apple and berry crumble to take away on account of being full from lunch. We had the crumble after a lot more adventuring for our dinner dessert and it was next level superb. Thanks so much for great food, customer service and all round...
