Bayne's the Family Bakers — Restaurant in Scotland

I just want to say i went to baynes in haddington and was met with terrible attitude, bad service asked for 2 cheese savoury salad rolls and the woman told me nothing left sold out of everything and we close in 10 anyway to which i remarked that is ridiculous and walked out the shop only to hear the staff member mock me...i checked the time on the town clock 1.40pm.so i went online when i got home after haveing to get lunch else where to discover they open till 3pm ...i called there head office to complain which i never do and said i always go to baynes dalkeith and never have i got that kind of service..Every single staff member there is amazing if you dnt see what you want and ask them to make it if possible never a problem karen on the end of the phone said thats exactly how it should be i said well staff in haddington obviously turning business away and how much are they loseing over the week turnig customers away with lieing about closeing and the cant be bothered attitude...Take a leaf out off Dalkeith Baynes go there for staff training and there great customer service....cause they have it in abundance.....never will i set foot in Haddington...

Me and my mum went to baynes cafe dalkieth and we were ordering food my mum have asked to add extra to the order and this lady spoke to her like a piece of dog poo when my mum have disabilities and kept treating her horribly when she only asked to add a extra cake to our order just know we won’t be coming back to this. Good products. Friendly service. One additional idea to improve shopping here would be a counter or even small shelf for the customer to place a bag when packing away...
