I would give Bing Soul 10++++ stars if I could!! I’ve walked past this place for months and finally gave it a shot yesterday with a friend. We shared the Chocolate Oreo brownie bing su. At first it looked unassuming, we both took a spoonful and the layer underneath looked like a pile of shredded coconut (but it was the ice). After the first bite we just looked at each other in shock - it tasted amazing. I felt like I had been to heaven and back. The ice tasted like ice cream and the texture was so fun. There was also chocolate powder (tasted like milo clumps - delicious!!!) and chocolate sauce. My friend and I constantly complain about the lack of good dessert places especially in town but I would seriously travel to the west end to have this every week. It really gets a 3.7 from me, but I’ll round up. Wish the bingsu had more flavour in itself rather than relying on its toppings and ice cream on top, but it definitely still satisfies a craving and I would come back again to treat myself occasionally. Looking for somewhere to have a coffee for an hour or so while waiting for dd my wife and I found Bing Soul was perfect. Nice and warm. Good music in background. Polite service. While sign said cash preferred they were very happy to accept card. Coffee Bing Su was excellent. Surprised at its size but two spoons allowed my wife to assist. Red velvet cake was also a good size and again was excellent. Coffees are served with 2 shots espresso so are strong but also smooth. Nice place for a laid back date night. Will be back to...
