It seems that closing early but still accepting mobile orders is a common theme which is fine if refunds are offered. I had the misfortune of speaking with the late manager regarding a failed order and he refused any kind of refund but offered an email address on a sheet of paper to contact head office. He had a crack at lying about refunds being issued from head office and decided a few swear words and hiding in his office was a good way to resolve the issue. The rest of the staff were ace, happily going about cleaning the store. It's a shame the guy in charge struggled with the basics of his job and I'm not sure retraining him would resolve this judging by the scores here. Staff were friendly & patient (as I haven’t had a Burger King in years). My 2nd complaint comes with the meal being cool, it was cooler than Look warm. I had the bbq Memphis and it was ok just sad it wasn’t warm. Also shocked that a burger meal is over £10. I also ordered the chicken fries, definitely wouldn’t recommend them! I was erroneously told by a not very friendly staff member that I could only use 1 offer per day... the offers themselves simply state 1 per transaction... so you need to stop falsely advertising something and then verbally telling me different... total shambles and didn't feel welcome at all... I felt like a inconvenience and that's not a good way to attract business and what's up the the 6pm closing times......
