Regular visitor , felt compelled to write review after terrible experience with a member of staff who does not normally work at this branch. I often take snacks in due to an allergy - there is at best one suitable option for me some nights , at worst there are none. Was told to either put my snack away or leave the premises. Then was told there was no ultimatum given. I was told bringing snacks due to allergy is in ābad tasteā . Staff member contradicted themselves on multiple occasions . The policy of only consuming food bought on premises is apparently enforceable , but not displayed anywhere & in over a year of doing so , I have never had it mentioned . Then the line was that small snacks are allowed - even if itās snacks Starbucks sell on site , ie crisps. Then it was no snacks. The staff member couldnāt deal with logical challenge . Threatened to call the police because I wouldnāt āhideā the snacks. The whole encounter reeked of someone on a power trip , with zero customer service skills. Sarcastic , antagonistic responses were given , interrupted , told lies & generally embarrassed themselves for the sake of a packet of pastrami , and satay sticks - neither of which Starbucks sell. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited this coffee shop and would like to share my experience. While the parking was more than adequate, I was disappointed by the overall cleanliness and the taste of the coffee.
The coffee itself was fairly average in taste, neither impressing nor offending my taste buds. I've had better cups elsewhere, but it was still drinkable. The baristas were polite, but I would suggest they work on improving the quality of their coffee to attract more customers.
The main issue, however, was the cleanliness of the establishment. Upon entering, I noticed that several tables were not cleaned up at all, with used cups and plates scattered around. The floors were dirty, and the general atmosphere felt rather uninviting. This lack of attention to detail gave me the impression that the management doesn't prioritize customer experience.
Despite the ample parking space, I would have a hard time recommending this coffee shop to friends and family due to the lack of cleanliness and the mediocre coffee. If the management were to address these issues, the coffee shop could potentially be a more enjoyable spot for local coffee enthusiasts. Until then, I'll be exploring other options for my...

Today i had my drink remade three times and was only made right by Mo, the only member without a stinking attitude, especially the blonde girl with glasses, always muttering under her breath and serving rudely. The drinks I order are straight forward to make, somehow they always make it wrong and get very annoyed when asked to remake even though im a paying customer . Ive added my three remakes pictures in, i asked for sweet cream on top of my drink instead i got blended red milk which is not sweet at all, when asked to remake they remade the exact same way despite me telling them its blended milk, when Mo began shift he made the drink correctly for me hope he finds another job cos theyre all clicky...
