I went into cheeky moos with my friend they took our order and then we sat down to eat i was also waiting on my boyfriend to finish which he knew of and was fine with,after coming out of the toilet as im pregant and was ill after i had came out of the toilet the his boss,stacey came up to me with an horrible attitude and told me she told me 3 times to leave which i was highly confused about as she did not tell me 3 times as i was in the toilet ill after trying to explain to her that im pregant and im waitin on my boyfriend to finish as i cant be out all night in the cold i said that calmly as i could,she began to raise her voice telling me to leave without taking what i said to her into consideration she then as i walked out brought up my personal life i was embarssed and shocked regardless what it was she had no right to bring a customers personal informationinto it which she heard from kerri coats and brendan spence i was destroit and very uneased when i got out i couldnt stop crying and from 9 o clock i waited freezing really upset to 1 ocolock in the morning pregant in the streets of rutherglen which was out of order and this will be took further wits the employees inclusing stacey herself as im still affected by this and it has put a huge impact on my relationship...

I placed an order with Cheeky Moo's at 8pm, expecting my food to arrive around 9:10pm, as specified on their website. However, it's now 10:20pm and my order has yet to arrive. I decided to call them to express my frustration, only to be met with a lack of concern and poor customer service.
When I brought up the issue with the delivery time, the person answering the phone told me to "chill out" because my order was only an hour late. An hour late?! That's unacceptable! The fact that my time slot was supposed to be 9:10pm and I'm still waiting makes it even more infuriating.
But things only got worse from there. When I tried to have a civil conversation about the issue, the phone was suddenly hung up on me. No apology, no offer to rectify the situation, just a cold, abrupt end to our conversation.
As a paying customer, I expect better from a food delivery service. Cheeky Moo's failed to meet their promised delivery time, failed to provide adequate customer service, and failed to show any empathy or concern for my experience. Read moreProbably the worst experience I have ever had. Ordered food to takeaway. My sister then noticed their display cakes and took a photo of them. I then ordered one of the cakes. The owner then came out and questioned why we were taking pictures of the cakes, trying to insinuate something. We told her we thought the cake looked really cool. To then be told that we were apparently taking notes in the store. What could we be taking notes of. We were sitting down with our receipt, waiting for our order. I cancelled the order after questioning her actions. Which were not backed up. The owner then stayed in the kitchen whilst continuing to shout at us. Appalled by the service in this store. We only wanted a waffle, how hard can that be. It’s a ‘desert bar’ surely we can take a photo of our order. Avoid at all costs. Owner needs a reality check.
