AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! The customer service is the worst I’ve EVER experienced. The review only let me leave 1 star minimum, otherwise it would have been 0 stars. Ordered from here tonight with my partner as our usual Chinese was closed. When the food arrived my partner’s order was right but mine was wrong so we phoned and asked for a replacement for mine. They said we couldn’t get a replacement and told us to keep the wrong meal and get a free one another time. We then asked for a refund and they said we’d have to go to the shop to get the refund ourselves even though we had got a delivery in the first place. What a disgusting way to treat your customers. Felt sorry for the girl in the shop dealing with the phone calls as her manager refused to come on the phone and let her deal with it instead. This is the worst takeaway service I’ve ever...

Best Chinese Takeaway in Glasgow, I have used this takeaway for over 10 years and it never disappoints the Food is ABSOLUTELY delicious nothing is too much trouble to prepare the food as you request it, Staff are Lovely especially JACKIE I am always greeted with a lovely telephone manner even when they are at their busiest. I highly Recommend the Sweet & Sour King Prawn Balls, Salt & chilli Ribs or Roast pork with green pepper in Black bean sauce OHHH and the Plain chicken wings i like them with lemon on them they are DELICIOUS TOO. looking forward to placing my Next Order very soon. One word REVOLTING chicken noodle soup tasted as if it was done in gravy. Chips looked and tasted as if they were made last week. The chicken curry was like eating rubber. BBQ ribs tasted like slop . Youz should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to pass this of as food . Worse take away I have ever ordered.
