Domino's Pizza - Cumbernauld - Town Centre — Restaurant in Scotland

Disgraceful service! We have ordered from dominos many of times using the app & not had many problems a few times had wrong but never have complained. The past couple of times we have ordered both times the order was messed up! First time large pizza half & half rather 6-4 slices so we phoned them up & they apologised said would recieve a free pizza next time they would make note. Next time we placed order over phone there was NO record of this can imagine we were annoyed but we still recieved a free pizza. The time after that the order was yet again wrong one pizza was a vegetarian pizza but that wasnt ordered so yet again phoned up to complain & mentioned the previous time was also wrong! We asked to speak to a manager but told no manger was on premises. Again was told would make a note under our address to have 50% off next order & apologised. When phoned up to place order the next time We were told that the 50% was used but we knew it hadnt as it was the previous order we were told this. Dominos Cumbernauld is a shambles they say there is quality check clearly isnt & they say they will make note of things e.g discount free pizza & there is none. Their customer service is horrible. I had a knock on the door and no one was there, just my order sitting outside on the dirty ground. I later realised why, one box was missing from my order. So they dumped the boxes and left so I couldn't confront them about it. I later found out that the guy stupidly left my box on the heat rack in store and was too chicken to say!! I told them this and they said they would get my box sent out, over an hour later and still nothing. I phoned up again and all I got was "oh sorry, there's non left now". Can't even order the pizza because the staff don't listen or even honour the deals that are clearly advertised. Save your time and order from anywhere else, honestly.

They also refuse to understand that a deal that clearly states that you get 2 pizzas and 2 sides for £30.99 means that you charge the customer £30.99, and not over £55! Absolutely disgusting business practices happening at this shop, and I worry about how many allergens are being put in pizzas, considering that I tried to state many times what my own were, only to be told that they would add them...
