Shocking service! The apparent manager Harris!! It is my birthday and my boyfriends mum had organized a wee get together for me. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides and not only did they not send out a gluten free pizza they sent out the wrong pizza and two wrong sides. Harris then followed up with they would sort it and send out another order(correct order) after saying a refund wasn’t possible. After an hour we called back and Harris told us ‘no we never sent it out’ (acting clueless). He then argued with no manners at all. No apology for a possible allergic reaction due to carelessness over a gluten free pizza! No apology for the wrong order! No apology for the wait! We then asked for a refund again and the guy replied he can’t so we asked the options and we were told ‘it’s up to you’. We then finally got told we can actually be refunded now. My boyfriends mum therefore asked if the service is usually like this and Harris followed that up with I am not answering anymore questions I have dealt with you!! We would be nothing but understanding if it was a busy night and they were accommodating to our complaints! So all together is this the normal customer service dominos...

My daughter wanted a Papa John's, but this just opened, so I talked her into trying it. I was the only customer, but they still managed to ignore me in favour of chatting to delivery man. No nod or eye contact, no welcome smile. I was about to go when I was asked what I wanted. A small margarita. £5.99. I produced a twenty. He actually just walked away. I was left like an idiot. After a few minutes another chap appeared. £5.99. Took the twenty this time. Demanded a name. David. Frown. After an age, pizza for David - I am the only person there. Are you David? Yep. Have you paid? He asked pulling back the box. Yep. Got the box, but before going I said, you ought to give out receipts. Chap then makes a big huff and puff printing my receipt. Jeez. Bad experience. Didn't seem all that clean either. Pizza was overcooked. Most of it was binned as inedible. Shame. The owners or managers are simply not on top of this one. Back to Papa John's...

TL;DR. Avoid, no quality control and don't listen to customer feedback.

We just ordered two pizzas. The one pictured was so over fired the base crumbles like a digestive and is extremely unpleasant. The pepperoni is totally overcooked and dry. The other was underdone with the cheese only just melted and no colour/browning at all. We called them up to give feed back on the poor quality of the food and were told that, and I'm not joking here, the food can't be over done or under done as it all goes in for a fixed time. There is clearly no quality control or accountability to speak of. This place has been hit and miss since it opened, but this is the last straw. I'd recommend anyone to go to Battlefield Dominoes if they can. They were consistently great, It's just annoying we can't get delivery here any more from them since these cowboys have opened up closer to...
