Placed an order for delivery, arrived quite quickly but as we were serving it up, noticed a couple of items missing. Decided to carry on and phone after due to time it was potentially fixed and delivered, rest of food would be cold. This is when the experience got really bad & even i would say painful. Had to phone them twice, first time with them cutting the call. Second attempt, got through to an asian gent which after 4 times spelling the name on the order, tried to tell me on more than one occasion, that i hadnt ordered the missing items and read out someone elses order to me and told me it was for collection!!!! Had to tell him to listen, not talk over me and as i had already stated “ we had it delivered 25 mins ago” twice he stated let me go check!!! With the 2nd time of checking he had turned into a woman. Had to explain the problem again, this time giving our address….neither staff member wanted the order number (maybe too straight forward). She advised that i would get a refund for missing items but could take 10 days. Dominos really not impressed one bit, really shocking service and with 2 staff members making it exceptionally difficult and want to complain. Do not, whatever you do, order from this place…..go get pizza from your local supermarket or another takeaway...
Read moreI was waiting for 30 minutes for one pizza. Three ladies took my order, and none of them spoke English, not even at a primary school level. After the first 20 minutes, I asked politely what had happened to my food. Instead of starting to make a new pizza because of the mistake in my name, the staff ignored me. After another 10 minutes, I asked where my food was. The lady asked me "Did I order online?" after sitting there 30min! after that they finally realized that it had been ready for over 10 minutes! So, overall, I wasted time sitting there. The staff was extremely rude, and the food was barely warm. Domino's service in Perth is a joke! At least hire people who know the English alphabet! That was the last time I spend money...

Tried to say all drivers off sick (the one who delivered to my friend shouldn’t have been handling food whilst sick then - since she got a delivery). Will maybe let environmental health in Perth know that goes on if sick staff are handling food. Offered a taxi to collect and told no machines going away off. Won’t be bothering with Domino’s again. Other options in town are better priced where the staff are...
