One star is far too high a rating for this place. Firstly I ordered a cheese decadence new yorker and a BBQ stuffed crust Texas BBQ. The first time it was delivered there was no BBQ stuffed crust and no cheese on the CHEESE decadence. So I phoned the store to complain, spoke to Ashley who was extremely rude and addiment that I was wrong. A replacement order was then delivered which just took the Mickey of my complaint about the cheese, the pizza box has transformed into a swimming pool of cheese sauce (if you could call it that). As for the other pizza the peppers onion were still raw and appeared to be sliced by a posessed person during an exorcism. The most obvious thing wrong with both of the refired pizzas was the dramatic decrease in quality which I think is safe to assume it was purposely intended. So I marched all the way to the store to complain, where I was greeted by a dozen staring faces of disgust. I asked to speak to a manager, who I thought would be a vaguely intellectual person who would take me more serious than Ashley but found a man that could only repeat revised statements of how to respond to complaints. He was even more insistent about the fact I was wrong to complain. His most favourable response was “Would you like to see the cooking process" and "Dominoes have certain standards of measurements of toppings" which was quite ironic when stood in front of not one but two pizza that were definitely below any form of standard. When I mentioned the raw peppers he waited and then thought he subtlely checked them a minute later and decided to remain quiet about it. The only complaint he properly addressed was the horrendous cutting job and the reason slices remarkably resembled a sythe was so " toppings did not have to be cut though" as if anyone cares about that. Delivery time was 2 hours 30 minutes after having 2 phone calls from the dominoes store in question.
One saying that they had run out of cookies and the other being the actual manager asking me whether it had been delivered yet and if it had been delivered by a girl or a boy and then subsequently telling me that it was essentially still being prepared so the whole thing was just an unexplained nonsense whilst also still having the nerve to be rude to me on the pone including hanging up on me without a valid explanation of the situation leaving me in total confusion and also without an estimated time of arrival; this particular phone call was at approximately one hour after ordering it.
After then consequently waiting another one and a half hours for my food to arrive i then find out that they had mistaken my order of chicken kickers to chicken strippers which kind of just added insult to injury really in what had been an overall disastrous event from the off set.
After stating my complaint to the delivery boy i was told to complain online to try get a maximum of 50% off my next order. After having to pay £20.18 for what was total crap i think its safe to assume that i'm not even going to need that 50% as i am never ordering from...
Read moreIt's a domino's so pizza is average at best but getting 1 star for poor customer service, had an order cancelled as they were understaffed. Which fine, with everything happening just now I can understand. Was told I'd get a refund in 4 days, this was over 2 weeks ago and several emails later and still nothing. The corporate customer service team is absolutely useless, I've had to explain the situation in full 4 times and still no result, have better results banging my head against a wall. Half expecting a response to this saying to contact our customer service team. I would say to avoid but let's face it the only reason you are visiting this page is your half cut and just wanting a scran and domino's is the only place open. But if they do cancel your order make sure they send you an email confirming the cancellation or you'll have absolutely no chance of getting your money back. If I could rate this store lower I would.
Edit. Eventually got the money back after 6 weeks of chasing them up. Wasn't expecting free pizza or anything but an apology at least would...
