Pathetic service, worst communication among the staff and disgraceful food:

I’ve been here with my wife, and we clearly ordered Chicken Skewers. The person who was taking order literally repeated the order and said Lamb skewers and then I corrected him again and said him literally thrice that we want Chicken Skewers. They served lamb at last. I mean are you guys dumb or what?? Why do you even take orders when you have to serve food of your own preferences?

We tasted it, the meat was quite raw, we thought at first that it might be like that, they must have not cooked it properly, then we realised that there’s something fishy. We asked them again, whether its chicken or not, they said its Lamb!! And the worst part, they were not even apologetic about it. They were completely in denial that its not their fault. The owner confirmed with the waiter who took the order and waiter told him that “We ordered Lamb and now we are saying we ordered Chicken”. I’ve never seen such disrespectful behaviour and disasterous attitute towards a customer before. We are paying money and not eating for free. Atleast you can do is respect us.

On the top of that, the food was also not good, the meat was raw and kebab was pathetic. I would literally choose any other lebanese restaurant over this rather than...

A few freinds and myself came in today for a "quick" bite before an outing,

Wasent greeted at the door on arival so we just sat at a table and waited for service. Upon receiving the batterd and sticky menu, the server took our order without a notepad , starter came quick and was nice but when the rest of the food came, we were missing a item and when we asked about it we were told yes " it's comming in 2 min " 1 hour later when the rest of our group were finished mine arrived. To see other tables receiving the same dish I orderd 30 min before got me mad , be all food was great but maby train your servers on the basics of noting a tables order so it's not missed. No discount on our bill for the absurd wait on a wrap ?

Hi, we were so excited to go there for experiencing varieties of food, we went there Ambience was quite good thus we ordered chicken shawarma platter and chicken shawarma wrap unfortunately they served cold platter and soup . We order chicken shawarma wrap ( that was nice,rated as 3 star). The food was tasty only if we have that a manner how it would be the platter and soup were not hot , we informed this issue to a team member of the restaurant , the response was simply unethical, reply was like " you guys had wrap first because of that the other one was not hot" please find below the photo as mentioned with this .
