Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Only been there once, in the afternoon - choice was rather limited. Food itself was OK but the attitude of the shop assistants and the general cleanliness definitely not. The lady who served us never said hello and the guy said they couldn't warm up any food. On our leave we said good-bye three times in case they hadn't heard it-- they didn't even react, as if being deaf or something. The place was filthy, both the floors and the tables -- it was difficult to find a clean spot to sit down. The lady started to clean the tables after we had sat down. Visited Greggs on High Street, Musselburgh on the morning of 4th May 2025 around 11 AM and had a truly frustrating experience. The staff told me my food would be ready in 10 minutes but every 10 minutes, they repeated the same line: "Just 10 more minutes." This went on for over an hour, and I finally received my order after 1 hour and 8 minutes. Their repeated false assurances wasted my valuable time when I had important things to do. Greggs in mussleburgh . Filthy. Dirty , grubby . The toilets are even worse . Think trainspotting toilet scene . The front shop has rubbish strewn all over the floor and the tables are simply horrid. I've been on cleaner building sites with cleaner toilets . 100%. Won't go back in there and would advise Greggs owners to raid it secretly to find out...
