Quite possibly the worst let down ever from a dining experience that has been hyped up so much in the community and Social Media. Family of 3 visiting. Ordered the Jurassic Burger, asked for onions to be added (Being it is a Grill), I was then told that they have no onions. The salad is pre made and onions are in the salad so they could not put onions on the burger. Waited 20 mins to be served, staff were to put it nicely wandering about in a daze. I would expect the this kind of level of enthusiasm in the last hour after a long day but not at 1200 hrs. Daughter ordered Pasta from the kids menu, this came with undercooked soggy garlic bread and when it arrived it had diced tomato and cucumber sprinkled all over the top. Random as ever as it is not advertised on the menu as having either on top. Pasta was literally just mixed with tomato pasta and topped with cold sweetcorn Tomato and cucumber. Something that wouldn't be out of place in a Soup Kitchen or homeless unit who are on a strict budget. Adults both ordered Burgers, both were mediocre, this is me giving it the highest possible rating I could conjure. Chips were greasy and coleslaw was watery. All in all the servers were Shocking, No engagement, no welcoming atmosphere and no actual customer service. I firmly believe these people were trained in the Jurassic period and have not had any further training to date. Food was very poor and overpriced. But was quick to come out. Restaurant wasn’t clean, food from tables just swept off onto the floor by staff as they “cleaned” the table across from us. Drinks took 20 mins to arrive 35 mins after sitting down. In summary, this was undoubtably the worst meal I have had to pay £61 for. McDonalds meals would have been better at a fraction of the cost. Never in my life have I ever not tipped Staff in a restaurant… Until Today. 100% Avoid. Complete disaster.

Decided to finish the summer holidays off with a trip here for a 2 Dino obsessed 5 year olds. On arrival the lift was broken, kinda glad Granny didn't come with us and there wasn't a sign suggesting another lift and her wheelchair wouldn't have made it up the two flights of stairs. Our friends who met us there, had to carry the pram and baby up the stairs as the lift they did find led them to a lock corridor with no way out... Infernally there is no mistaking that the theme is Dinosaurs, plastic plants and dinosaurs models are everywhere, with annoying 'Jurassic'ish music plays on repeat. Whilst waiting for our very over priced burgers "Victor" visited our table. Unfortunately his handler lacked enthusiasm resulting in a fairly limp and unimpressive Raptor, which was sporting a haphazard bandage to cover up an accident (not sure how it happened as the server and Dino handler both told different stories) but small was fairly concerned and upset at this damage. A short conversation was held, where we were told Victor apparently likes chicken so our small ordered the nuggets so they could share... The cold dence nuggets were almost inedible and Victor never revisited the table much to the disappointment of our kid (who asked for a McDonald's on the route home). The Adults food wasn't much better, the quarter pounder was really condensed and lacked any flavour, the blue burger has next to no blue cheese in and was really only blue in colour, chips were extremely chunky and greesy. Nothing seemed worth the price tag and nothing ordered at the table made us feel like a quality meal had been had. We decided not to stay for dessert. In short, tasteless dence food that was overpriced. A 2 mins visit from a damaged puppet with unenthusiastic handler Plastic themed overload. Disappointed and we won't be back.

Jurassic Grill, oh what an abysmal disappointment! Our visit to this dinosaur-themed eatery left us with an experience we'd rather forget. The food was downright dreadful, reaching new depths of culinary misery. The so-called "loaded fries" were nothing short of an insult to our taste buds – cheap sauce from a jar sloppily drenched over oven chips, hardly deserving of the name "loaded." The pizza was an utter disgrace, resembling a sad excuse for one. It lacked any redeeming qualities, as if they had forgotten the essence of pizza-making altogether. And the mac and cheese? Well, prepare yourself for an assault on your palate. Instead of the comforting, cheesy delight we hoped for, they served us a travesty of jarred lasagne sauce masquerading as mac and cheese. But wait, it gets worse. As if the horrendous food wasn't enough, the value for money at Jurassic Grill was an absolute travesty. Imagine parting ways with almost £40 for such a woeful dining experience! It felt like a cruel joke, a robbery disguised as a meal. We felt duped, betrayed, and taken advantage of as we left Jurassic Grill with empty wallets and even emptier stomachs. Spending hard-earned money on a meal that was barely edible, lacking any sense of quality or care, was a bitter pill to swallow. To anyone contemplating a visit to Jurassic Grill, I implore you to reconsider. Save your money and your taste buds from this catastrophic disaster of a restaurant. There are far better dining options out there that won't leave you feeling cheated and unsatisfied. Jurassic Grill, you've left us reeling, and not in a good way. This dining experience was truly one for the history books, but for all the wrong reasons.

Extremely disappointed in our visit to this restaurant. Mostly let down by the horrible food that was served. It was basic frozen food that was heated up for serving and nothing like their prices should reflect. Both my children had the chicken nuggets and chips with beans, the beans were freezing but the nuggets and chips were piping hot and took about 5/7 mins to cool before it could be eaten. Not to mention the plate was absolutely roasting hot and if any of my toddlers had touched this roasting glass plate they could have easily been burned. Chips and nuggets did taste very bland and better is served at mcdonalds. The kids drinks (fruit shoot alternative) was £3 each!!! Extremely high price and absolutely over priced considering it can be purchased from other restaurants for £1 - £1.50. Adult main meals were not much better, as with the kids plates my partners plate was scolding hot and he burnt his finger by touching this. The burger bun fell apart as I tried to eat the burger, making me think it too had been frozen & mayo on the burger was tasteless and bland. Ketchup here was served in a small dish when requested and it was clearly cheap as it was watered down and very vinegary tasting not nice. The meals were priced like hotel / glasgow restaurant prices but resembled more of weatherspoons taste - that might actually be giving this place more credit than it was due. The table next to us also complained the food was not nice and overpriced so this was obviously not only an issue with our food.

We visited when the place was quiet (only 3 other tables in) and food took about 30 mins from ordering which was annoying when you have 2 hungry toddlers , however we did just make use of the quiet restaurant and spent time walking round all the dinosaurs.

The staff were friendly with the exception of the assistant manager who greeted us and took our drink order, she was very dry did not display any patience and did not crack a smile once, she let the team down for sure.

Atmosphere was fantastic for us though given the setting. My 2 dino obsessed toddlers absolutely loved the dinosaurs , the 2 table visits and all the sound effects played throughout.

Would I be back?? Absolutely not as the quality of food was so extremely poor for what was charged its put me off for good. Not the first review like this though so not sure much will change, I only hope it can save some other families...

Service was non-existent for having two managers and two staff members on shift, including ourselves there was maybe 6 tables in so no excuse for the awful service.

First of all it took nearly 10 minute before any staff came near us since we got seated then a drink order and a food order was taking at the same time. We asked for the door beside us to be close due to it was slamming from the wind and random people banging it not to mention the two children on our table were cold so that finally got closed and then reopened seconds later by people pushing and slamming it AGAIN.

we asked to move table and the staff member said they would check if possible to move us to one of the many empty tables however she obviously got bored and just avoided us instead of returning with an answer or reason.

The drinks arrived after another 10 minutes or so and the lady put the tray of drinks on my phone without warning nearly flipping it off the table, no apology just continued with what she was doing. After the drinks where placed a staff member ( appeared to be a manager) started putting someone else's food down for us before realising and snatching it away without saying anything to us she left a kids pasta on our table so I passed it to the correct table due to it wasn't touched and that would mean atleast one of the two children on that table got some food............. Still freezing on a table beside a slamming door the manager appeared with another pasta made a joke and put it on our table so one child had food again and left without talking to myself or my partner about the food. we waited another 10 minutes with one kids meal on our table nobody else had anything so I went to speak to the manager at the bar about it. The manager then at this point decided to finially move us to another table then after sitting at a new table around 5+ minutes the rest of the food appeared we ate and left promptly no check back on the food or anything absolutely pathetic service.

Cost me just over £60 for no service and I wouldn't even comment on the food. I would recommend keeping your money and going anywhere else.

I would suggest Staff training, Managers...

Jurassic Grill caught our eye as we were making our way to another restaurant. Immediately, we knew our plans must change. One step into the foyer and we were immediately serended with strange unfamiliar dinosaur noises. A family, clearly satisfied, left the doorway that served as both an entrance and an exit to the grill inside. They were quiet, and had eyes that possessed a tender calm; half open, half closed, a sign of a stomach completey full.

Tempted, we entered the establishment. There was no music, just the ambient noises of wildlife, occasionally broken by a guttaral roar. These noises only complimented the diverse and colourful array of artificial plants scattered about the restaurant. Warm lightbulbs hung low from the ceiling, casting an ambient sheen upon those dinosaur models which had been artfully arranged around the room. If only it had a few more dinosaurs, a few more roars- could've clinched the 5 there.

As for the service, never in my life have I been catered for by a woman as kind and as knowledgeable about dinosaurs (yet still an altitude for learning more!) as our waiter this evening. She also introduced us to Timmy the Triceratops, a life size baby dinosaur that I was shocked to learn was only a plushie controlled by our waiter! Incredible!

The food was mid as hell Blue Raptor 💀💀💀💀 What kinda Yee AHH beef patty was that? Bro the bun was like play doughand why was it spicyy🥵. Mid mid mid mid mid

The chips however, maintained an ideal balance of crisp to comfort. The coleslaw was pleasant- much better than the Lidl own brand version - and the wings were fine.

Our advice would be to lower the prices of the food you are selling. However, we understand that financing such a high standard of restaurant staff and affording the various dinosaur statues isn't cheap. We suggest moving locations to somewhere more populous, we've seen how your finances are doing Joe.

Overall, definitely an experience, unsure about regular dining availability but if you're someone who looks for more than food when eating, there's no...
