KFC Glasgow - Motherwell — Restaurant in Scotland

Can be slow. Changed chicken recipe? Prob taken out salts n sugar Was in here very recently. Ordered an £18.99 bucket, some sides and drink. Order came fairly quickly, colleted it and went to table. Went bak for some ketchup and my son joined me to say there were No fillets or spicy wings in bucket. He was hungry and persistant so I ordered him portion of fillets. This bucket is supposed to come with 10pcs chicken, 6 mini chicken fillets and spicy wings. I pointed this out to the assistant that there were NO fillets or wings in the bucket, and that I'd had to order another portion, and paid for them, which I now have. But the original portions were missing. Eventually a manager came out and he said they were in the bucket, 100% sure they were in the bucket, we must have eaten them. I retrieved the bucket from our table, still 8 pieces in it.....20 minutes from collecting it. I hadnt sat down yet let alone eaten anyhting. After much windmilling of arms and positivity that I had gotten my full order, he discovered the offending pieces , still in another box, awaiting collection in the service tray. I took us outside as I was not very happy and any further discourse between myself and the staff would not have been very productive. I worked in the catering industry most of my life. One thing we were taught from day one......the customer is always right. Always. Even when he is wrong. I was not pleased to be told I was wrong when I was right. I was incensed to be accused of lying. Moreover the order was not properly checked by the staff before it left the counter. I will not be visiting this outlet again. I will inform anyone that asks to avoid it and go to Hamilton instead, or better still go McDonalds. This is not the first occasion I have felt let down here. And I Do know of several other people who for whatever reasons have boycotted this outlet as well. Has anyone ever wondered why...

Absolutely shocking customer service in here. Got to the till, waited a few minutes on someone to serve us, just to be told there was no cash register available as a change run hadn't been done. Waited almost 15 minutes and still nothing. I had to use my chip and pin at an order machine, which I don't like using, I believe in speaking to to an actual person. Once the order was placed I waited about 10 minutes, I approached the counter, which had nobody there, I have a photo but no way of posting it, it took someone 2 minutes to notice me and ask what I was looking for, to ask how long my order would be, to be told they were still waiting to to put my order together. Absolute shambles of a place. I wouldn't even have given 1 star, but I had to so I could leave a review,...

The food is the same at any KFC so this review is on service.

Originally waited at Drive Thru for 10 min with queue not moving, thought there was an issue so decided to go inside (turned out they had just been ignoring drivers for that time).

Ordered inside and waited 50 mins for food, all of which came from the fryer. Seemed to be managing to prepare one order every 5 mins.

Order was wrong so went up to counter and was ignored by all of the staff, during which time other people also came up to complain about their orders.

Eventually got our order sorted but food was cold by the time we got to eat it. Wish we had just ordered...
