Only had 2 smoothies, a chocolate frapuccino and a coffee The plain coffee was quite nice, but the smoothies we had don't taste like fruit or have the consistency of fruit. Not sure what it is but I ended up coughing and feeling sick for some time after. The banana one tasted like those banana sweets shaped like bananas, but watery consistency. The berry one tastes like glace cherries. I did make an effort to finish the berry one but I can't with the banana, would be interested in knowing if the fruits are frozen or if sauces are used or if they are made in advance?

Fantastic cafe, we used to get lunch from here semi-regularly when we lived locally. The staff are very friendly, and it's a lovely spot to come back to. The food menu offers some slightly different options that I haven't really seen elsewhere. I'm not vegetarian, but often opt for vegetarian dishes because they're so full of flavour. The coffee is excellent too. Love that they're also dog friendly. 🐕

Cute and quaint little cafe and take out window, perfect little thing. Sat outside in the sun. Had some French toast with mushrooms and cherry toms and a ham and cheese panini both came with gorgeous little salads and got a little empire biscuit that my little one polished off! It was fab. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Staff and chef were so nice! Will definitely be back 😊😊

Don’t wish to discuss this any further with the employee. 2 stars.

I deleted my original review which was on the wrong page so I was not “putting your company down on multiple platforms” so you’re welcome. The reason I do not want to discuss with you any further is because I do not appreciate your condescending tone. I think you’re completely missing the point: your staff member mistreated us, you have failed to give a sincere apology and in all honesty I would never have been this bothered until you replied with a lie, perhaps a miscommunication - I have previously said, there was no such conversation had with me in regards to time slots on the phone and I did not change my booking for “coffee” to “lunch” so one of your employees has lied to save their back. I do not wish to speak to you any further as quite frankly your tone is shocking and I will not stand to be mistreated as such. I will also clarify no, it was not at the end of the stay your staff member told us about eating there on a Sunday it was actually just as soon as I ordered my lunch. I have never felt like I wanted to just cancel my order and leave before, but like I said I appreciate it is a hard time for most so stayed to support your business. I wish you all the best in the future David and I hope you and your staff can learn from this mistake.

Yes both phone calls were made, the first for a booking for lunch for two people and the second to add another person on. Again I will state that no such conversation was had in regards to time slots which seems to be what you think is the issue here. I accept your apology. I am not trying to ruin your business I just feel the way we were spoken to was completely degrading and what seemed to be mistreatment of young people which I don’t feel you have entirely addressed. You have reiterated the rules about time slots which is completely irrelevant to the issue and that was not stated to me in the beginning like I have kindly let you be aware of. I understand it is my word against your employees’. Perhaps there was a miscommunication but I can guarantee it was not discussed at...

My friend was looking for a quiet, calm place for a coffee and a bite. We didn't expect this place to fulfill that wish so well!

As soon as we walked in, we got hit with an almost zen-like atmosphere; with polite staff, relaxing background music and a faint vintage feeling floating around the interior. The waiter greeted and seated us before taking our order when we were ready, all without unnecessary delay. Service is on point here.

I actually came in to mainly accompany my friend - not expecting to get anything myself (besides maybe a drink). As a vegan, I was surprised at how many options I actually had on the menu. With a slim selection of places in Glasgow City for plant-based goodies, it felt welcoming and rather 'life-saving' for the appetite for something scrumptious. I ordered scrambled tofu with toasted flora-buttered sourdough bread. I can't call myself a good judge on tofu dishes since I hadn't had tofu in a long while, but I can say with confidence that I absolutely loved the flavours of this one. My friend got a cappuccino alongside a lentil and potato soup - which he thoroughly enjoyed as well.

Overall, neither of us would've changed anything about our experience at this place. We...
