Linlithgow Burgh Halls — Restaurant in Scotland

This was our wedding reception venue. We booked during covid without seeing it but Tina and Lesley were fantastic! They kept us up to date and as soon as they were open again we were first to get in to see it. Huge shoutout to their chef Pauline - she is amazing! The food is brilliant and far better than your usual wedding food, not a single complaint only praises being sung! The entire waiting and bar staff were wonderful too. We recently had our wedding at Linlithgow Burgh Halls - Tina, Lesley and all the staff at the Burgh Halls are fantastic! It is a beautiful venue which won us over in the first place. But from the time of booking to the end of the big day, the communication and support was second to none. Tina would answer every question I had and make suggestion where I was unsure. I've been loads of times to this cafe and wld normally give it 5 stars. Today, however, I was sorely disappointed. Cafe latte had to be returned as it was cold and came back not much better - the toast was very underdone but didn't want to return it after complaining about the coffee. When paying for it I saw it was 4 young girls doing the work. The normal staff are top notch and food is always great. Such a disappointment today. It's a shame because this will tarnish its reputation. I'll go back but not...
