McClean's Electric Bakery — Restaurant in Scotland

We have visited this bakery 3 times now, and each time been served by 3 different members of staff. The food is lovely and prices are fair, but the staff are extremely rude and unfriendly. The first woman Katrina who served us was so rude it left us gobsmacked. The other two women were equally as rude, but unfortunately weren’t able to see their names. We kept returning in the hope that on one of our visits someone was going to be polite and kind, but unfortunately no success. Hi I usually love going to electric bakery for a quick bite but today I sadly had a bad experience with one employee she is short and chubby with short coloured hair and she treated me like I was inconveniencing her for buying some food and didn't offer me a bag for my food before I paid so I had to try and find 5 pence to pay for my bag. I was not rude at all so I don't think I deserved that attitude, I've been in customer service for years and I understand we have bad days but you should always be nice to customers as we are buying...

Went into the shop for a cup of tea and a snack while there i went to the toilet. There were empty toilet rolls left in the bathroom .The toiled seat was very loose Whoever had been in before had left what they had done and not flushed .And the sink was dirty with what I could only say was a scum round the tap near the sink .bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned for days .Not impressed and...
