McDonald's — Restaurant in Scotland

Visited Braehead McDonald's today and I have to comment on the poor food and availability of requested food.

Firstly, the floor was filthy and we had to move seats, as our feet were in the mess!

After ordering three stormzy meals the teller, advised us that there were no milkshakes and no Mcflurry's available. So why offer the Stormzy meal when not available? It would have been helpful to have either a sign advising, not available or the teller advising straight off, no Stormzy meals available.

Once the three members of my group had decided what to replace the Stormzy meal with, we were disappointed that all four meals were served with cold chips; the drinks were watered down and were very flat. All this for just under £29.00. Sadly none of the meals were enjoyable nor eaten in full.

There was a faulty light above us that flickered constantly and was very annoying.

Lastly, when leaving we noticed the Mcdonald's sign outside was broken.  This just about summed up our...

Sunday Morning 12.30am. Finished a shift in Braehead arena.. decided to pop to McDonalds after finishing only to be met with a locked door. Extremely rude,arrogant staff,. Not only McDonalds staff but some random Security staff. There was folk inside eating and all i got at the door was a stare and a point .. gestured to go away. Now... Working in security myself. I understand the possibilty of closing the seating area due to the event that was on at Braehead. However. Close it. Or open it and at least have the common courtesy to open the door and speak to people. Instead of staring them out and being rude.. There was no rowdy folk. Not crowds of folk either , so why close when folk are inside and a few folk outside wanting some food ?!?! I had my car so could access the drive through. But again, was met at the window with another rude staff member who basically flung the bag towards me. Staff maybe need a wee refresher in...

Went here today for lunch, and there was several people sitting within restaurant, of which we did not know where staff!! When placing order at machine it was saying carry out only... OK... stands well clear of everyone waiting on food to be told rudely by a staff member can you stand there (on a sticker with feet) which was clearly in the way of staff coming in and out behind counter. We got our food and headed out side as we could not sit inside so I put food on table to get my self sorted and this female came out and said are you waiting on a lift I said no she then said before I could finish well you can't stand/sit there its not allowed. Then as I got food sorted and was walking away past the door 4 member s of staff are standing smoking. It was absolutely shocking as to the way we were treated.
