The worst McDonald's in the world! starting from the beginning as a customer, the staff is not interested in the customer (working for pay, not liking their job, very slow, they don't care what is said to them). The food was prepared sloppily, the chips were broken (photo), the fries were half-filled, many times the order was not complete (part of the order was missing), for example, I will serve McFlurry without topping (it's just ice and cookies, 2 parts, nothing difficult)!!! I am disgusted with the quality of service, he is not interested in his work! they are always laughing and discussing events very loudly. Many times I witnessed them rolling their eyes and throwing orders on the counter! As a driver, I can say that it can't get any worse than the worst that can happen!!! These people do not realize that the customer is waiting for this, that drivers are paid for the delivered parcel and not for the hour of work!!! Disrespectful attitude, often no information about what order is being placed, throwing food on the shelf for suppliers! waiting times are the longest in the world even though there are no peak hours. Orders are completed very slowly and sloppily, even after asking where the order is because I have been waiting for a long time. Orders often arrive cold, incomplete or incorrect!!! and the McDonald's staff says it's the driver's fault!!! where from collection to delivery it takes 5-7-9 minutes! More than once, the food sits and waits for the employee to add a drink, so the food sits there waiting, getting cold!!! I believe that if someone doesn't like their job, doesn't appreciate what they have or wants something else because they are not interested in this job, it bores them and annoys them. IT'S TIME TO CHANGE JOBS! The situation when 7 employees stand leaning on the counter, talking, laughing and waiting for orders is reprehensible and unacceptable. Read moreThis what the ‘delightful staff’ at McDonald’s call a black coffee. This morning marked the 3rd wrong ordered from this poor ran establishment this week. Upon calling the ‘restaurant’ to inform yet another order has been messed up rendering the order inedible due to a serious milk allergy- I was met with quite possibly one of the must ride bullish Scottish person I have ever had the misfortune of having an interaction with. I had to listen to a barrage of excuses to they don’t put milk in coffee to if the wrong drink was ordered. Absolutely no apology nor accountability taken. And as soon as I got my back up about the horrendous service I have received I was threatened with this person not helping-truely shocking! I’m order for this to be resolved the order had to be taken back to the restaurant by myself as they needed to see that coffee was wrong. This is now to be reported to corporate and hopefully appropriate disciplinary action taken

Service is also garbage as it's full of just eat/Uber people (who are prioritized) delivering crap cheap "food" to lazy folk sat on their backside that don't realise they could cook a healthy meal quicker and cheaper at home.
Atmosphere, well, to the right there were the Uber/Just eat fellas that you see skelping about on electric bikes balacava'd up looking like their about rob a bank, and to the left were noisy weans (between 10-14 yr old) that have no respect for society, loud & obnoxious, vaping, whilst staff (teenagers) who obviously know them just laugh and keep out of their way.
Honestly I remember when the food was semi food and it was comfortable enough to sit in, wee burger and a coffee and read the paper in peace.
