Vegan friendly! They have vegan haggis which is so good. My meat eating friend enjoyed it as well. They also offer a vegan version of a traditional Scottish breakfast. The staff is really nice and attentive. Oh and their baked goods are yummy! Although I don't believe those are vegan. Highly recommend Mrs. Greens! Photos are of a breakfast sandwich. With Veggie haggis, eggs and delicious brown sauce on the side. Oh and a coffee! They do have non dairy milk options as well.

Absolutely brilliant cafe located in a little side street of Dumfries. Very welcome when we entered and a great atmosphere with a relaxing vibe. Dogs are allowed and great vegan and vegetarian options to choose from. We ordered a soup and pulled pork ciabatta which were both very tasty and fresh. Price of the meal including two drinks was also very reasonable Would highly recommend visiting Mrs Greens if you’re in Dumfries.

Do not be put off by the slightly unassuming frontage, this tea lounge is spot on. Excellent club toasties, scones, cake and goodies, washed down with enough tea to sink a battleship. If you're in Dumfries, look them up for a first rate lunch. Can heartily recommend.

Lovely fresh gluten-free food, I had a pulled pork sandwich, which was delicious, and my sibling had the vegan sausage sandwich, and they really enjoyed theirs too. Beautiful cosy little place, cosy and comfortable, very helpful staff when I visited helped me get my wheelchair inside. The best part? Their gluten-free carrot cake, lovely texture, full of flavours, nicely spiced and delicious. Will be back for more cake soon! I love lemon cakes especially....

The only tiny drawback for me was that I found the music a little loud, I prefer it to be more in the background. I have ADHD and find music intrusive at the wrong volume, though. I didn't ask for it to be turned down, and I'm sure the owners would have been happy to if I'd asked. I'm not very good at asking though. It would be awesome to have a quiet time, maybe once a week, for us ND folk, and also those who struggle to hear in noisier places.

Overall though, the music wasn't that important, compared to the overall experience, which was very enjoyable. Wish I'd taken...

Sadly been in twice now and been disappointed both times. First time the breakfast and burger was fantastic but they forgot the chips we had ordered. When chips finally arrived they were cold, half cooked frozen chips and a tiny portion. Decided to give the place another try today, same order as last time however even worse this time as waited half an hour for food only to be told that they had lost our order and that they had now ran out of sausages for the breakfast and would an extra hashbrown be OK instead. Decided to leave without eating after expressing our dismay to the staff. We won't be giving the place a third go...
